Faye and the whole team at Hunters Sutton Coldfield went above and beyond to get my flat sold! After losing my first buyer the team wasted no time in getting my property back on the market and resold it within a couple of weeks over the Christmas period! Everyone has been so lovely and done everything they could to get me to exchange and completion in such busy times! Will definitely be recommending to friends and family :) xx

Called to view a flat and set up viewing. Didn't receive an email confirmation so called back today, person we spoke to was extremely rude and unprofessional. They acted as if we had lied about scheduling a viewing in the first place, essentially told my partner that they didn't want to show us the flat because the move in date is July and it is now May! First time we've had an agent actively turn away business, and then hang up on us. Spend your money elsewhere, landlord at HOLMDALE PLACE take your property to somebody else!

Hunters West Hampstead have been amazing at supporting our Parents and Friends of Emmanuel School charity. They have made it possible to help our local primary school charity raise much needed funds and without them many of our much loved Emmanuel School events and Christmas raffle 2020 wouldn’t have been possible. From start to finish the experience of selling with Hunters was painful. They had previously sold all the apartments in the block as new builds, so we went back with them to resell. Instead of creating a new ad for the flat, they simply copied the previous text from when they sold it before which included information about other flats in the bock and was really nothing to do with ours, so we had to rewrite the property description ourselves. Over the span of 36 weeks we had 4 viewings, and were never called with feedback after a viewing. We would call after the viewings to be told "we don't have feedback yet, we'll call you tomorrow". We would follow up again to be told "we still have no feedback." Not once did they call us off their own back with feedback. After already deciding to list the property with someone else, we emailed to serve notice on our contract. (An email we still have not had a response to). We went into Solihull to pick up our spare keys which they had from the viewings, to find that they were no longer located in the same building. After tracking them down on the other side of town, we got our keys. We have since found out that the branch manager listed on the website, no longer even works at Hunters and thus we didn't even have a contact towards the end. Best decision we ever made was to leave their services.

We have just sold our flat in Stoke Newington through Hunters and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Alex was brilliant and kept me informed about how we were doing throughout the whole process. They got lots of people through the door to view the place and, once an offer had been accepted, Alex was a trustworthy and responsive voice whenever I needed. Thank you Alex and Hunters for your hard work.

RENTERS AVOID HUNTERS LETTING AGENCY LIVERPOOL During house viewing I was told that the old furniture will be removed before I move in. When I moved into the house the old furniture was in the house and stayed in the house for 19 days until I have arranged for council to pick it. Renting from Hunters Liverpool was horrible experience. I was refused access to the landlord. Repairs were not carried out for months. Washing machine broke down I was asked to use laundrette. When I moved out I have cleaned the whole house, but Hunters want to charge me £300 to clean a two bedroom house. I am still challenging it with DPS at the moment. If you are renter and you rent from this guys in Liverpool you will REGRET IT!!!
