Completely unprofessional people. Left me waiting for 15 minutes in the rain to see a property, when they finally showed up they didn't have the right key, so I had to leave and it was all for nothing. Then the agent said he would call the landlady first thing in the morning and get back to me so I could see the flat, but they never called. I called them 4 times, no answer. Horrible service, avoid.

Aimee was very professional and helped me find the flat I was looking for, I am quite young so I've been treated like I wasn't worth the time by other agents, Everything they do is professional and by the book, Would definitely use their service again in the future.
