Both were very professional agents but more importantly than that, both were very friendly and supportive throughout the whole process of selling my flat. They put me in touch with a highly competent conveyancing solicitor and a tax accountant to help me pay my capital gains tax liability. Recently used them to sell one of our rental properties and we successfully sold our property at a reasonable price.
In the entire process they kept us well informed and managed all the viewings pretty much on their own with very little involvement from our side. Even after selling the property and receiving their commission they handed over the property to the new owner and only called us where needed.
I highly recommend them and we will use them again for other properties.
