This one star review is totally due to one member of staff. In fact, if I could give 1 review to her, and 1 review to the sales team, they would be night and day. Hazel. As a client, I could never get a hold of her, my solicitor could never get a hold of her, and the sales progression co-ordinator could never get a hold of her. When we did, she was dismissive, couldn't care less and after costing me over £700 because she hadn't confirmed that the sellers were ready, she basically laughed at me down the phone and said it was my own fault. My sales progression manager for the sale of my house said that if she had made the mistakes that Hazel had, she would have resigned on the spot. Both my solicitor and sales progression manager commented on Hazels terrible telephone manner (when you could eventually get her on the phone), refusal to respond to emails and refusal to return calls. Myself and my daughter worked harder to get the sale to go through, than Hazel did at any point including contacting the seller independently when Hazel apparently couldn't. In the end, we circumvented her and dealt with the incredible Georgia instead. Georgia was the most helpful, the kindest and most considerate person at Hunters that we dealt with. She consistently went above and beyond to save the sale and ensure it didn't fall through. Without Georgia, I would've pulled out a month ago. She somehow managed to contact the seller and their solicitors when Hazel never could. She returned every one of our calls in minutes and replied to every email. Hazel still has about 17 call backs and email pending reply... Thank you Georgia for saving the day and saving the sale. Edit~ It is very important to let everyone know that I received a phone call from the owner of Hunters recently apologising for my experience and letting me know that it should not have happened. To apologise he provided me with £100 worth of vouchers. He then asked me to change or remove my review - this is something I will not do. This review is my true and authentic experience and to give someone an apology gift with one hand and ask them to remove/edit their review with another is not okay and inappropriate. Be aware of other reviews for this company - please keep this in mind.

During our conversation, I acknowledged that Hazel had not delivered the level of service we expect, and I confirmed that a full investigation would be carried out. The vouchers were offered as a goodwill gesture, without any obligation. I also expressed my appreciation for you highlighting the excellent contribution made by Georgia and simply suggested that you might wish to reflect her efforts within your review if you felt it appropriate. Following my initial discussion with Joy, I spoke with Alex to confirm that a full investigation had been completed. I also confirmed that Hazel had since left Hunters Estate Agents to join another local firm. I hope my actions demonstrates that we take complaints of this nature very seriously and we are always striving to improve our services. Thank you again for bringing this matter to our attention, and I hope you were able to make good use of the voucher.

I can not speak highly enough of Abi and Becky at the Hunters team in Solihull who recently assisted in finding a new tenant for my apartment. Abi was able to provide tradesmen to resolve a number of issues prior to the new AST and also dealt with the management company on my behalf and constantly kept me informed of the progress. I would recommend using Hunters without hesitation and was very very pleased with the service they provided.

A great estate agents who were all over every single enquiry and question. We dealt with Jake, Emma and Sophie who were all very professional, easy to talk to and knew what they were doing. We were very impressed with their communication, and speed of it. No pondering, just on it. Selling your home isn't always easy, but the way in which Hunters approached our sale was quick, fast and we were sold within a week of the advert going live. Jake was our main point of contact throughout and the best part was there was no salesman spiel, just matter of fact, honest and trust. Selling your house is a big and you need to be picky with who helps you do that, and in my strong opinion, you can't go wrong with Hunters. Dixons Quinton on the other hand...it was just a shame our purchase had no choice but to involve them. So if you are looking to sell, I can wholeheartedly assure you will have a good experience.
