Ellis sold our flat years ago and the service was impeccable. So I was happy to know they were the one selling the flat I bought and the service was still impeccable. Jason Davis was my main contact and he has been available and very responsive whenever I had questions or needed liaising with the vendor. I can't recommend Ellis enough as they are good at what they do, can be honest with you and always very friendly.

This company is planning a mass killing of wild birds on one of their estates. I gather that the police wildlife officer has been informed as this would be a breach of the 1981 Wildlife & Countryside Act.

Ellis & Co Wembley Central could improve by promising not to shoot a load of pigeons dead. There are some excellent other ways of keeping a smaller, healthier number of pigeons; managed lofts. There you can replace eggs with duds and feed antiparasitic medicine. Pigeons helped us through both world wars and many other times. They are intelligent and sentient. Please don't leave chicks in nests to starve because their parents have been shot

Poor company and not reliable

Awful agent. This cowboys rented my properties and never paid my rent on time. I had to leave message after message just to get ignored. Sometime rent was not passed to me until two or three weeks had passed by. Cam is the owner who has no interest in custom. When rent is finally passed to me they take money from my rent for no reason. I was told by another agent in Wembley that Cam lost the business because of complaints and rudeness but no one from ellis and company told me he sold the shop and I have to tell my tenants to pay rent to me instead. I have written my account of Cam under Harrow as I was told he owns Harrow department also.

We would like to point out that rental payments made to landlords, are made within 7-10 days of receipt and clearance in our account. With regards to your comments about leaving messages and no one contacting you, our offices have been closed and due the Covid situation and we endeavoured to answer our landlords and tenants as quickly as possible.
