I had an excellent experience with our Property Manager Makaie Paris all throughout my tenancy - hence why I am writing this review to thank Makaie ever so much for all his hard work and efforts in helping us sort out any problems or issues we were facing during our tenancy. Recently we had an issue with our Landlord in regards to our property move out date and the landlord would not accept our shorter notice period, from the start Makaie was professional, courteous, highly accommodating and always responsive in a timely manner, Makaie understood our predicament in regards to the short notice period and he did “EVERYTHING” he could to try and convince the landlord to agree to our request. Every time I called, Makaie diligently followed up my request with the landlord and made it a very fast, easy and stress-free service for me. What stood out most was the genuine empathy and human approach Makaie brought to what is usually a formal tenancy process. Makaie was always quick to communicate, his support was consistent all throughout our tenancy and he always went above and beyond to make everything smooth and stress-free for our planned move out date. Honestly speaking Makaie offered us a very professional service delivered with warmth and genuine care. I don’t usually write reviews but this time I really had to as it’s not often you come across a Property Manager that would go an extra 10,000 miles for you. I would 10000% recommend Makaie Paris from Ellis & Co if anyone needs a tenancy or property management support please reach out to Makaie you won’t be disappointed!! - Trust me he will be with you every step of the way making the whole process smooth and stress free! We had a very challenging chain with a specific non-responsive solicitor and an irresponsible self-centred person within the chain.Throughout this, the team really held the different parties together and maintained communication and explanation throughout. They went above and beyond to ensure that all were kept on track as far as possible and were willing to be firm with parties as that was needed. Reid was our lead negotiator - he was critical in keeping all parties engaged and this deal would not have taken place without his activity even working on his days off. Zeeshan was super in coming into the process when he was needed and supervising, supporting and directing his team so key things were carried out.in a timely way. The team dealt with multiple parties frustrations by clear honest communication about where things were and what the next steps were. They got us through a complex and challenging chain with a mist difficult party and a very under-performing solicitor. They did well!

Very disappointed with the service at Ellis & Co Greenford. I am extremely unhappy with the lack of support and poor communication from the team. Whenever we reached out for help with issues, we were met with delays, unresponsiveness, or no follow-up at all. It felt like our concerns were never taken seriously. What made matters worse was the rude and disrespectful behavior of Saumil, especially towards my father. His tone and attitude were completely unacceptable, no customer or client deserves to be spoken to like that. It was deeply upsetting and has left us very frustrated. This experience has been stressful and disappointing. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and looks into these concerns to improve the service and professionalism of their staff.

We recently bought a property through Ellis & Co Greenford, and we want to express our gratitude for the team's exceptional support throughout the process. The sales situation was quite difficult, but the Greenford office team, including Zeeshan, Krupesh, and Reid, were incredibly helpful and attentive from start to finish. Getting the property before the 31st of March was crucial for us to avoid paying higher stamp duty, and Saumil played a key role in making sure the property was vacated by the 23rd of March. At one point, we were concerned the sale might fall through, but Saumil handled the situation with great care and was equally looking after the buyer (us) and the seller. On the 15th of March, we received a call from him confirming that we could proceed with the exchange and completion before the 31st of March, which eventually happened successfully. A big thank you to everyone involved, especially Saumil, for making this happen and helping us move into our first home!
