The agents I have been dealing with - Klaudia, Ray and formerly Rana have been super supportive during the house move and even afterwards. He wasn't pushy at all, just genuinely helpful, and when we finally found the right place he stayed on top of everything and walked us through all the bits that usually get confusing. They were incredibly patient and supportive throughout the whole process, especially as we had quite a few questions and wanted to view the property multiple times. Even when things didn’t go as smoothly as we had hoped, they remained extremely helpful, professional and understanding, always doing their best to move things forward. Their communication throughout the process was excellent, clear, responsive and reassuring. Buying a property can be a very stressful process, and we genuinely feel that without Adam and the team’s great communication, patience and support, things could have been very different. GoogleThe team here really doesn’t seem to care about tenants. They often do not reply to emails or requests for help. They also send the cheapest contractors possible to run checks or (if you’ve asked a few times) fix things, and they only give a 12 hour window where a contractor “might” come. If you’re gone that day, and give ample notice that you will not be in, they won’t respond to your emails, and some poor contractor will call you at 9:30pm in the rain asking where you are. I’m unsure if it’s inexperience or the state of renting in London. We love our flat, and our landlord seems kind, our biggest thorn is working with this agency.
