I've just sold my flat through Ellis & Co Mill Hill. It was sold in a tough housing market, and I was selling my flat in MHE, three years after purchasing it. Firstly, I was visited at home by Adam, who was great. We had a very realistic, pragmatic conversation around the value of the property and a plan of how to sell it and we really saw eye to eye. He made some recommendations of easy ways to improve to property prior to listing it and then a couple of weeks later (after we'd made the improvements) a photographer came round who was brilliant and very quick. Once the property was on the market, my sale was handled by Callum. Within a week, we had a buyer visit and make an offer. A bit of negotiation followed and we settled on a price that gave me a significant profit. Unfortunately, the buyer had many complications with their legal side of the purchase. They went through several teams of solicitors, was initially a cash buyer and ended up needing a loan. Callum was amazing throughout this. He was encouraging when we needed to be firm in suggesting alternatives after delays on the buyer's side. He recommended new legal teams for the buyer when they had difficulty. He also provided timely updates for me, keeping me in the loop throughout. Also, my wife and I had an offer accepted on a house, and they were waiting for me to sell my flat to be able to move. Callum maintained communication with their agent, and their solicitors, which meant that I didn't need to keep updating them about our buyer. Because of this, despite the buyer taking almost 6 months to buy my flat, the house owners stayed with us and the chain remained intact. It is fair to say that this was a challenging transaction for everyone involved but Callum and Adam were faultless. Callum in particular went above and beyond throughout. If anyone needed an estate agent, I would recommend Ellis & Co in a heartbeat.

Outstanding Service from Ellis & Co Mill Hill I’ve just completed the purchase of my first home through Ellis & Co Mill Hill and the service has been exceptional from start to finish. In particular, Adam Wolman has been superb throughout the entire process. He was professional and honest, highly proactive and always on the ball - regularly liaising with the solicitors and keeping the transaction moving forward seamlessly. I have been in the property market for many years and until now, almost every estate agent I have dealt with has either been poor or extremely poor. I included the 2nd largest in England in that category. Adam Wolman is the exception that proves the rule. He is efficient, honest, hard working and genuinely works for his money to get a deal over the line. If you are buying, selling or renting a property in Mill Hill or NW London, deal with him. Adam was absolutely brilliant, the service he provides is first class always punctual and up beat. Adam was straight forward to deal with giving clear and honest appraisals of any situation that arose during the sell. My elderly parents were selling the home they had lived in for 60 years and Adam was extremely sympathetic to the fact it wasn't just a house to them! He lead them through the process of selling very professionally and considerately. Always at hand to answer questions and provide updates. Adam found us our first home. It could not have happened without him. Unlike other agents, he didn't spam us with every other property that came on the market. He took his time to understand what we wanted and sent us options that fit our criteria. He accommodated our request to have the viewing after work. He went above and beyond with everything - chasing solicitors even when we forgot to! He is positive, warm and friendly, and gave us honest and good advice. He is knowledgable and knows what he is doing. His experience also helps expedite things as he knows the solicitors he is dealing with. It's rare to find people these days who offer this combination of expert professionalism and positive warmth. The Director Jatender Chaggar was very disrespectful in my home and appeared to be extremely arrogant I was disgusted by his attitude and asked him to vacate my property! I will inform my colleagues who are property entrepreneurs in the area and will be sure to inform others about my experience to ensure that they too are not mistreated. I had four other estate agents arrive after Jatender arrived, i mentioned to them what had happened and they didn't appear surprised and confirmed that they were know to them as a local business and also found them to be rude and that they were known for their shear arrogance. You have been around for 30 years! And only have 42 reviews,..jokers. Its very likely the reviews are not a true reflection of how they conduct their business and a large number of those reviews are probably friends and family!
