Ellis & Co are proud to have been serving the Mill Hill area for over 30 years, offering a wide range of properties for sale and to rent in Mill Hill and also in Mill Hill East, Edgware and Colindale. Director Jatender Chaggar joined Ellis & Co as a negotiator in the 1980s, going on to manage several Ellis & Co offices before taking over the Franchise for the Mill Hill Office in 1995. The team all have extensive experience of the North West London property market and all live locally so are very much part of the local community. All senior members of staff are members of either The National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) or The Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA).

GoogleAdam dealt with our transaction from start to finish. We believe from both Adam and our Soclictors that the parties involved were the most difficult landlords they had ever experienced in a property sale, I kid you not! The diligence and persistence in getting hor property sold by Adam was unfounded. His effort, kindness and positivity got us through to completion. Most other agents would have not bothered! Props to Adam, thank you!

GoogleVery disappointed with the service received from Ellis when letting out my property. We had very few potential viewers from the start, and communication was poor from the team. We joined with an additional agent a few months later; at that point we never heard back from Ellis. We however managed to secure tenants very quickly with the alternative agent. Would not use this agent again.

GoogleI have just sold my house after living there over 30 years. I chose Ellis & Co for the job, and was fortunate enough to work with Adam as my agent. I was very nervous about the whole thing, but Adam, with his professionalism and calm and reassuring approach worked wonders and the house was under offer within a few days. GoogleEllis & Co Mill Hill purchased, rent and sold our property and we have the best experience through whole process when Jatender purchased the property Smooth and hassle free, Jatender was thorough gentleman who helped us to purchase the property. Some years later when we decided to rent our property, we again approached Ellis & Co Mill Hill and this time Joe Kalmus and after his retirement Paul Glass managed the rent and property. You cannot imagine how professional, and organized the property was managed. Once we decided to sell, he property Adam helped us through the process. GoogleI recently sold my house in Northamptonshire and our Buyers had sold through Ellis & Co Mill Hill. Due to complications out of anybody's control the Sale took much longer than Usual. Going above and beyond, Jatender helped guide the Chain by giving frequent updates and always willing to take calls. I was never a direct Client of Ellis & Co and so they had no obligation to help me or take my calls, however nothing was ever too much bother. Thank You.

They had to contend with Covid 19 during this whole transaction and they did it superbly.
