Wanted to share our experience with Ellis & Co with particular praise for Adam who was amazing throughout a long drawn out process due to probate. His professionalism, communication, expertise, friendliness and all round helpfulness made the process stress free. I couldn’t recommend using Ellis & Co more. A+++ Service By way of comparison, we previously sold a property using Purple Bricks which was the total opposite experience, stressful, no communication and no help. Although cheaper, the stress was not worth the money saved.

Ellis and Co Mill Hill recently sold my house for me and so I felt compelled to give something back by reporting to the world about the fantastic job they did. Selling a house is never easy and the process can be fragile at best. They successfully managed one of the neediest control freaks you could meet without at any point alienating me. I was kept informed and offered sage advice throughout on how best to manage the process without sabotaging it. Their wise words and cool heads enabled me to secure my dream house, a process which would have been totally compromised by mismanagement of the sale of my house. Many people dread dealing with Estate Agents, but Adam at Ellis & Co. displayed nothing but class, he was a true gentlemen in his contact with me and my buyer. I'll actually miss the regular updates. I owe them much much more than their reasonable fee of which they deserved every penny.

Exceptional experience, and I have to name Adam Wolman here in particular. His patience, tolerance, perseverance and understanding is a massive reason to why I got my house! I had a torrid experience with every solicitor associated to this purchase and the only thing that kept me sane was Adam. We've become friends in the process which goes to show just how good he is at understanding my requirements, challenges etc. Adam did not once try to 'sell' me the house. He was there to answer my questions and even now that the process is complete I find myself calling him asking questions that simply isn't a part of his job. This will sound ridiculous but I've already promised Adam that if I buy my next home in the area, I'll only be working with him. 5 stars!

I’ve booked a viewing for 10 am and then in the same day about 9:35 am I had a phone Phone call from Ellis & co by one of them rude staff which he doesn’t know how to speak to the client and how to serve the customer and he was trying to explain me what happened,he told me someone put the deposit down last night !!
