GoogleI've rented two properties out through Ellis & Co for many years. Neil Baron and Kier Hawkins have proved themselves over the years to be effective and capable managers. Both have had to deal with tricky situations in the past which they've handled with kindness, tact and sound commercial sense. They are also very knowledgable and fully abreast of the legislative changes which are making life more difficult for landlords.
Ashley Thompson is also doing a very fine job in managing and troubleshooting repairs and maintenance issues, going above and beyond to sort out problems and acting very quickly and effectively.
This is an excellent team, and I have no hesitation in recommending them to any landlord renting out a property.

In recent years Kier has been my main contact and he, together with Abi and other members of the staff, has been great looking after the flat, sending reports regularly and fixing any problems in the flat promptly. I highly recommend them.
Along with the people I mentioned earlier, Ashley Thompson has been managing my property for the past year or two, and my experience has been excellent. Ashley is quick to respond to any inquiries and handles everything efficiently. Highly recommended!

GoogleWe are tenants in a property in Bethnal Green. For the last 6 months we have had Ashley Thomson managing our house. He is excellent. He responds to emails quickly, and shows genuine concern for the issues that we raise. Couldn't ask for a nicer person to work with.
It's worth mentioning, however, that the people managing our property prior to Ashley were extremely frustrating to work with. They would often take a long time to reply to emails. They would rarely follow-up on issues. It felt important to mention the issues we have had in the 4 years prior to being managed by Ashley. We hope that Ashley is here to stay!
