I recently moved in with my husband to a property managed by Ellis & Co. Both agents we worked with, Ross White and Peter Stinson, were an absolute charm and solved all our queries and supported us through the whole process of arranging a viewing, marking an offer, going through the referencing, and managing the paperwork. They even gave us a beautiful welcome gift when we moved in! I am truly glad that they were so helpful, especially with the chaos in the housing market in London nowadays…

I cannot fault any of the staff at Ellis& Co they done everything possible and beyond to ensure my move was as smooth as possible. I couldn't recommended this agency enough, they were helpful, honest and highly competent throughout. I loved their professionalism and their polite manner in the way they dealt with me and certainly helped make the process as hassle-free as possible. I would like to make a special mention of Daisy who helped me find a property extremely quickly and explained clearly what the next steps were to help me secure it and move in with no trouble at all. She is now my property manager and she responds to any messages or queries I have within the hour and it is always good news! She is exceptional at her job and is a credit to the company indeed. I came accross Ellis & Co on my search for a rental property in the Tonbridge area. The first member of staff I encountered was Daisy , she proved to be very helpful and found me a property that suited my needs perfectly. There was a few months wait until I could move in but I would like to mention both Adam and Caroline and the maintenance guy Steve who have all been so very helpful with communicating and getting a few things sorted out at the property. My wife and I called in to the Tunbridge office to make a general enquiry about the terms on which property was let as we have sold our house and may need short term accommodation before buying. We were dealt with by a young lady with great courtesy, comprehension, understanding and helpfulness and were very impressed with her professionalism and knowledge. Excellent service indeed.
