I have the utmost respect for Georgia. She managed the entire process with incredible professionalism. She fought my corner, navigated the negotiations with the landlord, and ensured I received my full deposit back. It is rare to find a property manager who is that dedicated and fair.

GoogleThe most appalling service imaginable. We had the unpleasant experience of renting a property through Ellis and Co Tottenham - a property we would never have rented if we were not deceived by Noora in the first place. We were told that scaffolding would only be present on the building for 3 months, which we later found out had always been scheduled to take over 2 years.
The letting agency has been poor over every aspect. The most unprofessional emails, terrible communication and every step of the process outsourced to external companies. Our property manager Sashell was essentially non existent throughout our tenancy. We have seen various automated emails over the last few months. These include absence for 'annual holiday entitlement', 'medical leave' and our personal favourite 'I'm dealing with a backlog of emails so you'll have to wait over 24 hours for a response'. Of course we are all entitled to a holiday, but Ellis and Co Tottenham do not assign another employee to cover emails during this time. Hence you can end up with no reply for over a week unless you call the office (and manage to make it past the switchboard/young employees who have not been trained correctly so they can't answer any of your queries)
I will be reaching out to the company to make a formal complaint but please do not waste your time

The company has acted as our letting agent for a flat in Tottenham Hale for over a decade and been assiduous and efficient, as well as extremely helpful to us and our (only 2) tenants, throughout that time. When it came to selling the flat, Ellis's sales section were as good as the lettings section and oversaw the sale with great enthusiasm and thoughtfulness. The tenant was well looked after and the sale was completed in good time. Ellis is a great company and I can't thank them enough for all their support over the years.

GoogleEllis at Tottenham recently sold our flat. It took sometime to achieve a suitable sale, and the first couple of offers failed to progress to a sale. However, given the circumstances relating to ongoing rectification work to do with cladding that has affected so many flats they achieved a suitable sale for both ourselves and we hope our buyer.
Azid and his team ensured a full understanding relating to the area and ensured they were on top of the ongoing situation and could advise ourselves and prospective buyers accordingly.
Yes, there were a couple of incidences that needed some discussion and/or correction at times but Ellis listened and took the appropriate corrective measures.
All in all we feel happy with the service achieved by Ellis at Tottenham. Thank you.
