GoogleExtremely rude, dishonest and unprofessional staff especially Azid who is the director of the company. He completely make up things and lie to you. They took so long to sort our deposit out. When we inquired they sent email saying that we will get full deposit back and it will be sent to us in couple of days time. After few days when we didn't receive any deposit , we inquired again and they said they need to deduct money from our deposit. When we denied and said we were sent email for full deposit back they said it was a mistake and Azid was extremely rude on phone rather then being apologising. He consider himself a landlord rather then a facilitator. They do not send any request to landlords and decide themselves. Azid even said to me that he wonder what i do for living as i don't seem capable of negotiating and he hanged phone on me. They don't care for tenants at all. I would not recommend this agency.

This is a very disappointing review particularly as our relationship throughout the tenancy was excellent. Our checkout procedure is fair and compliant. The checkout report was carried out by an independent approved inventory clerk. It was fair and impartial. You refused to accept charges for cleaning and damage, despite the landlords offer to reduce the amount.
You were directed to the impartial TDS adjudication service if you were not happy. You refused to do so.
You threatened to give us a bad review if a full refund was not given to you. This is not how the review system should be used.

I am writing to express my concern regarding the delay in response and the potential impact on my property search. Despite being assured of a response by 1 PM today, I have yet to receive any feedback, nearly four and a half hours later, causing significant stress and almost costing me an opportunity with another estate agent. I initially thought they were decent based on their reviews, but now I understand why their ratings are so low. Dealing with them over calls and emails made me appreciate more professional service. They also got their listing wrong in the email to us, initially £100 less than advertised. Even when I called to confirm, they gave me the initial figure, only to increase it by £100 when we visited the property.

I didn't want to leave a review, as I love the properties listed and am looking to move within an area I am familiar with. However, I have grown increasingly frustrated at being totally ignored as a legitimate customer. I live around the corner, can do viewings almost any time of day, and know the builds, it would've been an easy piece of commission for an agent.
