Mara is a very friendly and helpful person who as I always contacted with for the property issues . could took hours throughout emails ,phone calls to try to help sort it out the problem and keep following the process until things get straight !and always bean so patient ,and always respond the required so fast .i m so happy to have her there to looking after my property.

Kevin made sure that we are looked after and kept us updated until the property is available to let and with the help of Ray, we are able to get the property and started our house move on the 30/06/2022. GoogleReading through the reviews does make me feel some comfort in our experience as we were made to feel like my partner and I (as tenants) were the difficult ones. In fact, Ellis & Co are proactive, communicative and ready to take your money, but as soon as there is an issue they turn manipulative and rude. It is worth noting that the majority of the unpleasantness and rudeness comes from Ray Gohil. He also had the audacity to waltz into the flat and throw his weight around. A truly unpleasant person. Lastly, the Ellis & Co sign is still outside the property on the main road, blocking driver’s visibility when pulling out onto a main road. It’s been like this for over a month and despite us asking for it to be removed, they haven’t ignored our emails. After being chased twice / three times a day for payments, it’s interesting how they ignore those emails. Would not recommend this place to anyone, Ray is a dinosaur who clearly does not enjoy his work anymore.
Dear Mr Cameron, We are very surprised to see this review. We pride ourselves in our service to landlords & tenants. The property you reside in is a non-managed property, you would have not dealt with us post move in, unless we have been instructed by the landlord themselves. Claiming Ray just 'waltz' into the flat is nothing but false, as according to the conversations you had you specifically requested that day and that time, as you were not available any other time. Furthermore, it was a gesture of good will from our side to help and assist you with the issues you had at the property you claimed were issues and specifics not working, when during the visit the item in question was working and the other outstanding items the landlord was making arrangements to get it sorted. That meeting was also requested by the landlord, not us. We simply want to assist you in getting the issues you claimed resolved, rather than ignore and move on, especially when we were not required to do so. Ray was not rude or unpleasant to you in anyway at the time of the visit so we can not accept your statement. Additionally, the rent you are contractually obliged to pay was not paid on time, which left our client in a worried state that they may not receive any rent from you. Only after we sent you a polite written notice we finally received the rent. The board company have been instructed to remove the board from our side already before and I'm sure it will soon be removed. The boards are being erected by a third party, and we would not know the board is still there incase it was not removed on request, without the tenants informing us.

We were a little nervous when our landlord told us that he would be passing over the management of our apartment to a managing agent, as we had a good ongoing and flexible arrangement with our landlord. We were instantly put at ease by Marta and the team who were quick to offer to fix many problems we had had with the flat for years and arranged this to be done smoothly. Their handymen and contractors they work with are excellent, and Marta is always a pleasure to deal with. Thanks for everything you're doing!

We had a great experience with the Ellis & Co, Harrow-on-the-hill. We rented an apartment through them. Kevin and Ray were really helpful, reachable, friendly, and professional. They helped us throughout the whole renting procedure, and it went very smoothly. Also, We had requested to view the property 2nd time, and they happily agreed and arranged it.After we moved into the apartment, we were facing some issues with the appliances and contacted Klaudia in the office. She is extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions and quick to attend to our queries and concerns.Wonderful team. Highly recommended.

I’ve been a landlord with the company for 7 years. I’m so grateful I’ve always had well referenced tenants who have paid rent on time. Tenants turnover is quick ensuring I don’t lose out on months of rent. I’ve literally been on the other side of the world and Ellis & Co have still been able to go above and beyond to help me out. Dan is extremely professional and will always get back to me if I have a query or a problem with my brothers' rental property. He is friendly very approachable and organised and incredibly good with the tenants. It is great piece of mind that I can deal with Dan, and anything that arises is resolved straight away. Thank you.

Atrocious estate agents. My experience dates back to 2022 but it was so traumatic that I am only just reviewing the experience. The estate agents have also interestingly marked themselves as closed on Google possibly because they cannot recover from all the bad reviews that people have left. My tenancy with Ellis & Co and the owner-occupier was an absolute nightmare that I had to arbitration to get my deposit back. The manager of this branch name begins with an R and ends in 'ay' was an abysmal manager and I would avoid renting with this particular branch like the plague.

Ellis and Co Harrow is an excellent agency. All process of renting a flat went nicely and smoothly. Problems usually start when flat needs some maintenance, but thanks to Marta Fiedorow there is no problems at all. Whatever I need, is solved quickly and professionally. GoogleI invited 3 local agents to value my property. All were good and I chose Rakesh Maru. He has been an excellent choice. He was a brilliant negotiator. At times he had to pass on messages and handle situations that others might not have handled so well, but he managed brilliantly. He really is an excellent and charming negotiator. I would highly recommend Rakesh Maru.

This agency are plain thieves and liars. Only have to observe reviews on other sites to see how these people act. Have a look on Ellis & Co main page on trustpilot, Google reviews, and other sites. The same thieving owner is named everywhere. How much money is he withholding from clients? To be honest, Jay and Ray were very quick to find me a tenant and I was happy with their services but when it came to receiving my rent each month it is another experience altogether. My tenants pay the rent on time and sometimes a few days earlier but the agent never forwards the money to me on time. I get excuses to say they pay rent within 10 days which they consider to be within guidelines. I've spoke to a property conveyancer who says the agent is talking nonsense and I should receive my rent within THREE working days to allow for weekends and bank Holidays. The owner Kam Kalra who all the other complaints seem to be about is the one who allegedly pays landlords but is always hiding behind other people as he will never return a single call. Stay away from this agent ALL LANDLORDS. I would advise to use Brian Cox instead who handle my other property as they're fantastic and professional. My rent has not been paid late ONCE. Once my tenants leave the property with Ellis and Co I shall withdraw my property from them.
