Rakesh Maru and Lee Marskell of Ellis & Co Harrow were on the ball from the "off", working very hard and enthusiastically to get my house on the market with the minimum of delay. For these two gentlemen there are not enough hours in the day, just my sort of people. One or the other is always on hand for any help, advice and updates as to progress. Thanks to their efforts my house was on the market for only 18 days before a sale was agreed, subject to contract. The old adage, "If you want a job done, ask a busy person", is certainly true in their case.

My experience with Ellis and Co has always been positive. Ellise helped me in getting a one bed room rent apartment in 2011 in Roxborough Heights and now they are helping me to get my second house as well. It is because of the pleasant experience I have reached out Ellis again for the service.Lee Marshell is now supporting me in securing a two bed room apartment. Sending up to date properties in the market, arranging viewing appointments and taking us to the property to view the places Lee has been very helpful. Not only just giving the property related details but also considering into other factors such as location, travelling facility he has been helpful in providing information. I have a specific request due to my parents and Lee has taken this into account and helping me to find property to match our needs. In Harrow Ellise have been professional, helpful and supportive till date.

We have continuously rented our second property from Ellis and Co. starting from a 1 bedroom apartment and now in a 2 bedroom apartment. They have amazing properties that are in newly-built apartment buildings and provide amazing views and top-of-the-line amenities. Both Kevin and Ray are very helpful from the point they show the property to advising clearly on how to provide the right information for the offer and referencing to go smoothly. My husband and I were walk in clients at Ellis & Co and were lucky that they had a place that met our requirements. Kevin showed us the place almost immediately and it clicked with us. Everything happened quite smoothly after that even though some of the tenancy procedures were new to us (as we had moved from India) and it took us some time to understand these. We communicated over email and phone with Kevin and Ray and it was all very pleasant. They explained the bits that were not clear to us. We got the house on the date we had agreed to and the handover was also very smooth. I hope our tenancy goes off just as well. I would reccommend Ellis for Harrow rentals!

The flat got an offer within a day of advertising and rented out at the rate which was assured by the agent. GoogleDo NOT use this agency. They are horrifically rude, inept and an all round disappointment. The staff do not answer their phone, the property manager never returned phone calls or got back to me when issues arose within the property. They always sided with the rogue landlord and ultimately showed no care for their tenant. The property ‘manager’ was evidently unable to live up to his job title on numerous occasions. Even during the intial viewing, the staff were ridiculously late. That should have been my first warning sign! I am disgusted with their service and their attitude. Estate agents are notoriously known for being unhelpful and rude, and the Harrow branch of Ellis and Co has clearly tried to live up to, if not surpass these expectations. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere!

GoogleRented before with Ellis & Co. very welcoming when I visited the office. My handler was Ray who was very professional to me and when I lived in the property I reached out to Dan Vincent for any issues and he resolved them in good time and was very efficient to me. I will use Ellis & Co in the future should I return to Harrow as they were very professional and made my move run very smooth.

GoogleAbsolutely disgusting service, I am absolutely fuming... i have sent several emails to agency to see property and no response, finally someone did get back to me to me and all I had was promises I would receive call back know, I had to call them myself 4times in day to get some answers! They have invited me for viewing and when I turn up 7 min late due to traffic no one was there , waited 15 min and then I called the agency and been told the flat has been taken, none had the decency to call me to let me know! I had issues with them from day one and I would definitely not recommended people to rent or sell with them! And I will write complaint to the ceo of the chain!

GoogleWe wish it could had been transparent and helpful experience . Agent did not mention the changing rules from June for the tenants, specially being aware that we are new to country. While moving in we got into an expected issue and we being new, we had expected him to hear us and help/guide, instead he was bit loud and gave up. Thankfully other agent came to rescue, heard us and gave helping hand.

You and your driver were both advised the property doesn't have parking yet your driver continued to park in there. Therefore it is not our responsibility that your car was stuck in the car park. 2. When you contacted the office, the Rentals Manager immediately met you at the property to assist in your queries. 3. You mentioned today that you were not given copy of the gas safety certificate yet Ray had already given a copy of this to your husband previously 4. You mention in your review that another agent assisted you in the end. I understand the other agent is actually from our agency and works in the sales department hence sales and lettings were assisting you on Saturday in dealing with your queries and we are satisfied that Ellis & Co complied fully to your move-in process. 5. Finally in regards to the fees, you were not charged.
