GoogleI have never ever received call back even after calling and registering multiple times. They never ever reach out, also very non professional when speaking over the call as if not even interested. I am not sure how the business is still running atleast in Wembley Park. Will never ever reach out to these guys ever if I am in need of a property again. Also do not recommend to anyone

Excellent Service. I have rented out my properties through Ellis for many years and i would not hesitate to recommend them. All the staff are professional and manage a great balance between the tenant and the landlord. They are always efficient and easy to deal with.

GoogleI have been renting with Ellis for over 10yrs. At 1st they were really good. The pennine flat however is infested with rats. I called them one time as there was a dead rat somewhere in the kitchen but they just ignore me. We suffered for 2 months. Also the place is full of yobs dealing drugs. They hang around the area from 11am till 10pm 7days a week

We are sorry that you feel this way.We pride ourselves on our service and in dealing promptly with all tenant issues. We never ignore tenants and we never received any complaint from you during your tenancy.We also have on file proof of payment to a pest control firm who visited you and dealt with the problem you attain to. I am sorry that there are problems in the area but we cannot be held responsible for social issues in the neighbourhood.

GoogleI've had some dodgy experiences with agents previously not being completely honest or transparent. At Ellis & Co., Khalid and Nicki were both completely open from the very beginning, having frank discussions about the best options for my property. When I made the decision to rent, they got everything moving extremely quickly, from advertising and checks, through to viewings (which they worked to be convenient for me) and signing the contracts. Whenever I need to contact someone at the branch, I will get a reply the same day, or at the very latest the next day. If any issues are raised by the tenant, the first port of call for the Ellis team is to go in and sort it out themselves, rather than just calling someone in and charging you. I feel really secure having them manage my property.
