GoogleI rented a property with Ellis & Co Bethnal Green for five years, and I can easily say they were consistently excellent throughout. To name just a few; Andy, Ashley, Kier and Abi, all struck the perfect balance of professional, friendly and responsive. Any maintenance issues were handled quickly and without any inconvenience to my wife or I. When our boiler failed one winter, they had someone out the next morning without hesitation. It's rare to find an agency that actually respects tenants. I'd rent from them again without hesitation, and I'd recommend them to anyone looking in the Bethnal Green area.

At Ellis and Co I've always tried to give you as a tenants as good a service as within our remit as I believe that you pay rent so deserve that courtesy. GoogleRecently moved into a flat managed by Ellis & Co with my girlfriend. There were a few communication issues prior to the start of the tenancy, but since moving in the service has been excellent. We had a couple of issues with the flat when we moved in, including the washing machine not working. Ashley, our property manager, was extremely helpful and arranged a replacement straight away. His communication since we moved in has been excellent, and he has consistently gone above and beyond to get things sorted quickly. It genuinely feels like he cares about both the property and making sure we are comfortable and able to settle in and make the flat feel like home. We’ve felt very well looked after since moving in and would definitely recommend Ashley and Ellis & Co.

GoogleThe worst estate agency in Wembley and quite possibly in London. They have incompetent letting agents who do not vet tenants before putting them in your property and don’t even flag sub-letters on inspections, letting them carry on with what they are doing without the landlords knowledge . Absolutely stay as far away as possible from them. They are not worth the management fee nor the damages they will cost you and your property.

GoogleMe & my partner sent out enquiries on 3 different properties. We filled out the forms for a viewing and called to chase up but there was no response to either of us. I booked for a viewing on a property early in the week, called up to confirm and was told on the phone I should have a response back end of day or Saturday at the latest, but nothing. The viewing was meant to be for this Saturday and I had no reply at all... My partner also called a couple of times last week and was told there would be a callback but again, nothing. Really disappointing as the properties are nice but I won't be using this company to look for a place again.
