I would be happy to recommend them to act for you whether you are selling or letting; they know the market and area well, being long established in the area, and they will give you a realistic valuation of your property based on a chat we had regarding other properties in the area.

We bought our flat with Khalid a few years ago. Again, this time we sold the flat with Ellis & Co Finchley Estate & Letting Agents. In this special year - 2020, the sale took longer than expected, but Khalid and Neil were really helpful, advisory and responsive consistently through the entire process. The experience was really pleasant. In particular, we moved out our previous home, then, move in the new house in the same day. It won't happen without their invaluable endeavour!

GoogleMy experience with the staff was not good at all. I carried an out of hours callouts in one of their properties more than 8 months ago. Despite my efforts to resolve this and the many phone calls, they haven't even bothered to call me back. They are very hard to deal with !
