GoogleAbsolutely shocking, I’m a landlord of 9 properties in north london, called up for a possible change in estate agents... Went through all properties rental amounts etc Was promised a call back the same day! 3 days later no phone call What a waste of time Useless

Howard and the team have been exceptional throughout our home buying experience, from the viewing to the exchange. Very polite with no pushiness, they were always on the ball with both the seller's and buyer's interests at heart. Can't recommend enough.

Please take this review as ZERO stars- unfortunately Trustpilot only gives an option for minimum one star. This company is exactly why estate agents have a bad name. These staff have no interest in customer service or any level of service at that. Rent payments to me are always approximately two weeks late even though my tenants have paid the agent on time. They neglect issues in the property so my tenants end up calling me as they get no reply from the agent. Ellis and Co then have the nerve to try and charge a renewal fee and management fee. Management fee for what? I wrote to the owner Mr Kam Kalra who also ignores any responsibilty it seems. Just stay clear of this shambles of an agent.

Viren Desai from Ellis and Co is the best Property Management consultant I have ever come across. We wouldn't have been able to buy the property if it was not for Viren. The complete transparency, agility and responsiveness displayed by Viren became a benchmark for not just property buy but for Service Industry in general which requires high touch for great customer experience. We always knew Viren is there to help us out through the process and gave us all the required information along with his valuable suggestions and immense knowledge. We still call Viren for any suggestion around any house related service work or insurance etc. and he continues to be a trusted partner. We would recommend Viren from Ellis and Co to anyone who is trying to buy a property in North West London (Harrow, Kent, Kingsbury, Queensbury, Colindale) etc.

Tottenham branch is managed by Azid, who is toxic and extremely rude. I would not recommend using their services because of him. The rest of the staff are lovely. Ellis and Co also dont have an acceptable complaints policy either.

Howard and Rakesh helped me purchase a flat. Both were very professional and friendly. Howard promptly replied to my emails and pushed the sell forward (chased the lawyers if/when required). Rakesh on the other hand holds a great personality. He gave some good ideas and answered all my questions. I had a great experience purchasing my first flat with these guys. Keep up the good work!

We have received fantastic service from Elis and Co in Finchley. When looking for a flat Nicki was the only agent out of many other Finchley based agents we were using, who only showed us property in the criteria we had set out. The rest of them show you anything they have on their books which becomes extremely frustrating. Having rented one of the flats Nicki showed us for 18 months now I can also pledge for Nicki and the rest of the teams ongoing top tier service. All in all fantastic agents who build personal rapport with their clients.
