Review is for handling the sale of my flat. I selected Khalid and his team to be my sole agent, I had over five valuations and he was the only one who told me what he thought the place was worth, justifying it very clearly. We agreed on a launch strategy and within five days we had competing offers and had been able to get within 2% of the asking price. The bookings were always prearranged with suitable targeted buyers. That in itself would have been a five star service alone, but then the virus hit. The true worth of an estate agent is known when the going gets though, due to delays created by the top of the chain, my buyer pulled out. Khalid and Neil however were ready with a lined up potential fall back buyer, within a week we agreed a new sale at a slightly higher price. Communications were excellent throughout, as things were getting tricky due to the virus, it would not be uncommon to find that Khalid had been working late in the day, updating me at eight pm if needed (it was my preference to be contacted anytime). Whilst I hope not to be needing to sell again anytime soon, I would choose to use them again.

To whom this might concern, I would like to escalate a concern regarding your customer service. I have been patiently trying to resolve the issue regarding the broken boiler in the property I rent. I attempted to resolve the issue over the phone with Payal (Contractor), and later via email, however I feel that I have been met with miscommunication and rudeness from your employee. I feel offended by her sarcastic tone and find the way I have been responded to be inappropriate customer service. I hope this will be looked into and dealt with.

So far only positive experience with Ellis and Co . I've been looking for houses to rent earlier this year during first Lockdown when this task seemed to be a proper challenge . Faced all sorts of difficulties with other agencies where no viewing was available or it was just a lot of hassle. With Ellis and Co the whole procedure went really well , viewing appointment almost instantly booked , after the payment of holding fee ( later deducted from deposit ) I got the contracts drawn up swiftly and had a move in date within just a few days. Professionalism in the field, patience with the demands of clients. I really liked the way of communicating the solutions and the existing variants depending on the situation. Just wanted to update on my previous review. I recently worked with the sales team to sell the flat I had previously rented with the Ellis team. The sales team coordinated everything from start to finish. They had an offer in the table within 1-2 weeks of showing the flat.
