I am very happy with the way Ellis & Co and in particular Neil handled my purchase. As a buyer I always felt that Neil had both side's best interests in mind with a collaborative spirit. Through the challenge of lockdown he was always there to answer my silly questions and make sure I was still comfortable to proceed including handling some tricky negotiations. Most of he gently let me know what needed to be done and when, to keep everything on track. When it eventually comes time to sell I will be happy to instruct Ellis & Co.

I cannot recommend Alicia Casingena at Ellis and Co enough for selling my flat. Selling and moving homes can be a stressful process with ups and downs, but I was in a safe pair of hands with Alicia. She went above and beyond what I would have expected from an estate agent, from finding the right buyer, marketing at the correct price, pushing through the sale quickly with solicitors to helping with every last detail of the final move and completion. She gave me the correct advice throughout. I am aware there are cheap online alternatives, but with the current market ever evolving during Covid, an experienced estate agent in the area is needed if you actually want to sell a home quickly. I can't thank Alicia enough for her hard work, honesty and professionalism from start to finish. She was always available and answered any question I had straight away. If you want to sell your home and you want to sell it quickly, I can't recommend Alicia at Ellis & Co enough! From one very, very happy customer.

I would highly recommend working with Kier from Ellis and Co - wow what an experience!!! Transparency, respect and responsiveness plus incredible flats! My flatmate and I had been looking for a place for upwards of 5 months, we had seen at least 23 flats all over London and dealt with countless estate agents. Our experience with Ellis and Co and with our letting agent, Kier Hawkins was extraordinary. From the fact that we were able to schedule a viewing immediately, to the responsiveness of Kier and his team, to the genuine care that he has and respect for the existing residents, the experience really stood out. My flatmate couldn't be at the viewing so I wanted to take a video, I asked Kier, and his answer was that he wanted to respect the privacy of the existing residents by avoiding videos of their bedroom. He is the only agent I have ever worked with who cared enough about the residents to bring up this point (which seemed obvious but I hadn't thought about). I decided in that moment that I would only work with him. Upon moving in to our new flat, Kier and the Ellis and Co team have been nothing but polite, respectful, kind and responsive. Our flat is incredible and their support has been brilliant. From helping us get situated to explaining processes and providing complete transparency and documentation. I would absolutely recommend working with Kier at Ellis and Co. Finding a flat is tough, it's nice to have someone on your side who's genuinely looking out for your best interests.

I've had good and bad experiences with this agency. I rented with them for 2 years. The renting process was quite easy and straight forward. During the tenancy, they were on top of the problems we encountered. It was a little bit confusing who to contact at times, the way they split the responsibilities with the landlord is confusing; but things got fixed and problems resolved. The end of the tenancy was a nightmare. Kier was unhelpful and I had to chase him for weeks before being able to get my deposit back (over a month after moving out). It is honestly a shame, and ruined my experience with them completely.

They are unprofessional and time waster. They took my deposit last month and not given it back to me despite their commitment to do so. Bad people. ------------------------------------------- On 28/January 2021 at 11,27 and 12,33 hours Alicia Casigena telephoned me twice from Ellis landline and asked me to remove my review herein just above written. In exchange she swore that she would return my stolen deposit. I told her,once more,to give me back my money for a start. Without blackmailing clients. She didn't care that she was on loudspeakers 2 witnesses listened to the conversation. I m seeking for legal advice against those outrageous people. After my post they then changed their mind straight away and returned my deposit. So it was a lie that they didn't have my banking details.... Just dishonesty. Ellis & co:A disaster

Friendly, professional and responsive. Finding a place to rent during the Covid outbreak isn't the easiest, but the staff I dealt with were consistently helpful and did their best. One thing that could have been done better is that the communication between the landlord, the agents and myself was not always prompt or effective. It's a learning process, though, and I'm sure better ways will be found to handle this next time and keep everyone on the same page.

Luckily, we were assigned an angel of an agent, Alicia Casingena, from Ellis and Co’s Golders Green branch. She really went above and beyond for us and helped us close on our dream house! Instructed Ellis and Co to assist in the sale of a house conversion comprising of 4 units. We quickly agreed on a very competitive fee and they arranged to have the units listed on the top property platforms as well as in their own advertising streams. The photos, 3D plans and descriptions brought our the best of the properties and truly stood out amongst other listings. Jason and Alicia were my main points of contacts. Both have a great balance of friendliness and professionalism and were easy to get hold of. Worst communication I’ve ever experienced with an estate agency. I chased several times to see a property and in the end had to give up. First enquiry through Zoopla, no reply so did it again. Then called and spoke to someone who took my details again because she didn’t have access to their system and promised someone would call back. They didn’t. Another email and another call where someone apologised and claimed they booked a viewing and that I would get confirmation. Of course I didn’t. Have no idea what is wrong with these people. Hoping I never see another house I want that is on their books.
