The property was shown by the agents in the best possible light and all it’s features were excellently highlighted by the agents. They achieved three offers within the first two days of the property being marketed and the completion of sale within six weeks. A very well deserved five star recommendation.

GoogleHad nothing but bad experiences with this agency during our 2 year tenancy. Has caused us massive stress. They are terrible in my opinion and I do think the amount of positive reviews is because they ask you to do a review as you get the property, and definitely wouldn’t want you to do one 2 years after working with them.

We take all reviews very seriously and in this case do feel your comments are unfairly noted due to a decision made by the landlord not to terminate your contract without you giving the correct notice. We do have correspondence not only at the beginning of your tenancy but also during your tenancy that are complementary of our service as we often attended to any reported issues within the same day so it is a terrible shame it has ended in this way due to circumstances out of our control.

GoogleWe rented a property through ellis and co. We have a little bit of issue but manage to sort thing out. Thanks to PAYAL she’s been very helpful to us and very accommodating even advising us what we should and shouldn't while renting a property. During the lockdown we decided to move place we are very hesitant because people will start to view the property so it means a lot of them that we don't know will come and out. First batch of viewing I don't have any problem PAYAL was there its was smooth and planned properly. The second one was a disappointing no proper plan on how to do it and it was in the middle of pandemic and most of us is on high risk. On the third I was so happy seeing her again properly done social distancing was applied i was so pleased and happy i feel very safe even my in laws and My daughter Is happy seeing her. GoogleWe made an offer to rent a house through Peter Stinson and the offer was quickly accepted. Our circumstances were made known to Peter in our first phone call before our original viewing and he was fully aware that none of us were in full-time employment due to COVID-19, though we could provide UK guarantors and various references.
We then went to view the property a second time in preparation of signing the pre-tenancy agreement and paying the holding deposit. The next day, Peter informed us that the landlord essentially did not read our correspondence properly and that the landlord had some further questions which he answered 'to the best of his knowledge' and the outcome of that conversation was that the landlord no longer wished to let the house to us and opted to carry on marketing the property to let.
This wasted around a week of our time during a very sensitive period where we needed to find a new home before our current tenancy contract expired. We then asked Peter about his other properties and he informed us that all other landlords would have the same issues with us that this landlord did - in which case it begs the question: why didn't Peter know this when he was made fully aware of our situation during our first phone call?
Do not waste your time with this letting agency.

- Their behaviour is rude and offensive
- The director (Khalid Ghani) kept us waiting for 40 min to make a planned appointment.
- They don't even bother to reply the emails after getting their commission
- They made a mistake in entering my tenancy information on DPS website and they refuse to fix it.
- It takes them 3 days to get a 5 min task done.
