GoogleFriendly, professional and responsive. Finding a place to rent during the Covid outbreak isn't the easiest, but the staff I dealt with were consistently helpful and did their best. One thing that could have been done better is that the communication between the landlord, the agents and myself was not always prompt or effective. It's a learning process, though, and I'm sure better ways will be found to handle this next time and keep everyone on the same page.

I cannot recommend these guys enough. Adam was an absolute hero from start to finish, if I needed to have a last minute viewing, he'd be available, any questions (phone or email) he'd be there and provide either instant or same day responses and solutions. By far the best estate agents I've ever worked with. For me, trust and communication are key, which these guys absolutely understand and prioritise. A big thank you to Adam for all his help and support!

GoogleUnprofessional company. I call agent each month because rent is no paid on time to me. They take money and pay me as landlord when they can be bothered. I have called agent owner many times but he hides and ignores customers it looks like. I note more people write same thing. I hope this company will be investigated after our contract finish.
