GoogleEllis & Co has the best team, honestly ! It's been already a year since I rented a flat with them and the truth is they are so proffesional and helpful ! I have renewed the contract now and Simina made everything so quick and easy for me. Any message you leave she comes back to you so quick, trying to sort it out. Not to mention she is so polite and friendly ! It's a pleasure to speak with her. Really appreciate. Catalin with rentals, Sandip & Darius with maintenance or any other query you've got, Simina with the renewal of the contract, difficult to find people like them. I will recommend this agency. I can't rate highly enough Ellis & Co and Nicki in particular. The process from viewing to moving is was always explained and went as smoothly as possible. Aftercare has been excellent and in spite of the landlord being the first point of contact from now on, Nicki has said that she will always be at the other end of the phone if we need her. GoogleSo far only positive experience with Ellis and Co . I've been looking for houses to rent earlier this year during first Lockdown when this task seemed to be a proper challenge . Faced all sorts of difficulties with other agencies where no viewing was available or it was just a lot of hassle. With Ellis and Co the whole procedure went really well , viewing appointment almost instantly booked , after the payment of holding fee ( later deducted from deposit ) I got the contracts drawn up swiftly and had a move in date within just a few days. GoogleVery rude staff, Unprofessional not very helpful just running for money only. I have very bad experience with them I arranged all Mortage , bank survey and Soliciator survey but in the end some one offer the property more then me they break my process It’s very frustrated So never recommend to any one you to have service from them So many estate in the market they provide better quality services and advice ThanksNegativeResponsiveness
