GoogleI had received an excellent service from Ellis & Co via James Ryan when I bought the house 18 year ago. And again this time they did a fantastic job when I asked them to sell the house 2 months ago. Within a 4 days Alicia found a buyer and she chased both solicitors to speed up the process as I wanted. GoogleI have had very good service from Ellis & Co Wembley in regards to letting my property with them over the last year. The whole process was dealt with utmost care and attention. My calls are always answered which is important to me. Recently there was a need for the tenants to contact the maintenance team and Jatin emailed me over all the details and worked through rectifying everything using their tradespersons. GoogleAfter 2 years of being handled by inadequate estate agents in the area, what a relief to have found Ellis's Golder's Green branch and their totally dedicated negotiator Mrs Alicia Casingena who with her vast experience introduced a number of prospective buyers and when the offers started coming she dealt with the sale from A-Z and did not let up till the house was sold with an envious price tag. GoogleAgent is a fraud. We agreed the amount of deposit and then Agent added more deductions for themselves for their own pocket. We told our landlord about about and landlord was not told anything by Agent either. DO NOT USE THESE AGENTS
