Having been with a different estate agent for a few months and not obtained the sale of our flat we changed to Ellis and Co. On day one we had 3 offers at our asking price and we ended up getting a sale at £10.000 above the listed price. Khalid Ghani handled our sale with the utmost professionalism and what struck us most was the fact that he put our needs above everything else, including his commission. I would highly recommend Ellis and Co and state that, without doubt, they are the most professional and trustworthy in Finchley, bar none.

We quickly agreed on a very competitive fee and they arranged to have the units listed on the top property platforms as well as in their own advertising streams. The photos, 3D plans and descriptions brought our the best of the properties and truly stood out amongst other listings.
Jason and Alicia were my main points of contacts. Both have a great balance of friendliness and professionalism and were easy to get hold of. It seemed they have a vast network of potential buyers as they managed to find buyers for 3 of the units within weeks and they both nurtured the deals all the way to completion.

When I had boiler broken they sorted everything in couple of days. When my landlord decided to sell house where I was living they found me straight away beautiful place in very similar price they helped with everything. TEAM IS SO SO SO HELPFUL. Now I changed towns I moved out of Middlesex and I didn't had any problems with receiving my FULL AMOUNT OF DEPOSIT. And amazing recommendations for my new place when I was looking for. He knows his stuff, from the thoroughly researched pricing guidance he had prepared at our first meeting when we wanted to sell our house, to the absolutely stunning photography and marketing he carried out, we quickly had lots of viewings booked in despite Covid.
