GoogleMy wife and I have recently used the services of Dacre, Son & Hartley in Harrogate to sell our property and we can highly recommend them. The quality of a business is often reflected by the way they tackle difficult situations, and having experiences numerous highs and lows in our sales process, I can honestly say the staff at Dacre pulled out a all the stops to finally get us over the line, liaising with both purchaser, purchaser’s agent and solicitor to keep everything on track when on a number of occasions things looked bleak. From the outset Paul, Anita and Georgie were a delight to work with and certainly earned every penny of their fee. Thanks again team Dacre.

It was a long drawn out process but nothing was to much trouble and there was always a cheery voice at the end of the phone. Dacre and Sons will not honour theIR word, nor treat you like human being. my tenancy was due to end during lockdown, and dispute a verbal contract that I would only pay for the days I was on the property, as soon as I was out, they claimed "normal practice is to give a month's notice so you will have to pay a full months rent" Normal practice?! They have zero compassion, and see you as nothing more than a bank account to bleed dry. everyone else in the UK right now is banding together and helping out their friends and neighbors. but Dacre? no they do nothing but try and get more money out of you and use a pandemic as an excuse. shame on you. DO NOT TRUST THIS ESTATE AGENTS.
