Very happy with all levels of service offered by Dacres. If you needed something or someone these people seem to have all the contacts you would need to make this a stress free process, from gardeners to architectural and structural engineers. They make everything simple. I will use Dacres agaln and I am very happy to recommend them.

Phoned to view a house and they never got back in touch. Blamed the seller but he had no knowledge of our interest and request! Would never use or recommend.

Lovely people and frequently in contact with good customer service. Sometimes I felt that they weren't converting 1st viewing into 2nd viewings by overcoming some objections to the house that I feel we're misjudged. In the end we got an offer 15k under asking within 3 months of being on the market.

From the first phone call to arrange a valuation all the way through to completion everything was handled efficiently and most importantly with no dramas. The house was valued within 2 days of contact and listed online 2 days later and then once sold the process was almost effortless. If Cath called or emailed I knew it was go forward news and not just keeping me updated news and I appreciated that. If you are in the area I highly recommend the whole team at the Bingley Branch.

Disappointing experience, Aleysha wasn’t able to provide us with consistent updates maybe due to lack of information or quite possibly incompetency in this particular role. I would suggest further training in customer service skills due to the public facing nature of an estate agents daily tasks. Struggled specifically when speaking on the phone, unable to answer straight forward questions without bitter, attitude fuelled response. Quite unfortunate as we had brief pleasant communication from others at Dacres.NegativeProfessionalism

My mum recently passed away and we had…

My mum recently passed away and we had to sell her apartment. It was a very tricky place to sell as it was partly owned by a housing association. One of the other estate agents in ilkley really devalued it and even scoffed saying in future they may refuse to sell these apartments. However I went with Dacres in Ilkley. They were so kind and understanding. They did all the viewings for me. Nothing was too much trouble. I will definitely go back to them in the future. Thank you Paul, Vicki and the rest of the team
