GoogleDacre Son and Hartley Morley are simply brilliant. Their customer service is beyond excellent, nothing is too much trouble and they went above and beyond for me. Having dealt with other agents in the past who's customer service was dreadful , it brings home how brilliant they are. All messages and enquiries are answered promptly and advice and help above their remit was given, without question. A special shout out to Susan ( Sue ) and Gavin who couldn't have been any better. Gavin valued the property at a higher price than I expected and more than the agent who had been letting my property and he sold it for just above that price, he even cleaned up after a tradesman who didn't do his job properly. Sue was there for me every step of the way , not only doing her job at the highest level but also offering support and advice, which she didn't need to do , but did because she's so kind and friendly. A huge thank you from me, I am truly grateful and I would recommend you to anybody x

GoogleI recently sold my property and the Estate Agent of choice was Dacres in Knaresborough. Almost immediately an agent came to my house and did all the necessary administration and within a very short time my house was on the market. A day later I had 3 viewings and my house sold almost immediately. Throughout the process Harriet (Dacres) kept me abreast of everything and regularly just checked in to let me know if there hadn’t been any changes which provided reassurance that she was managing my move and invested. She had a wonderful demeanour and helped make light of the move which as we know is one of the most stressful life events you can experience - so thank you and well done.

GoogleWhere to begin… Exceptional service from start to finish. Jonny and Kelly were fantastic, the star of the show has to be Louis for getting the sale of my house done though. We had other local estate agents offering to sell our house for cheaper. Them estate agents still have houses on the market for 6 months +. If you want a proper job doing, I recommend Dacres

Absolutely blown away with your amazing service. Seamless from start to finish. I did review the other local estate agents but very impressed with Dacres. My house went on the market two weeks before Christmas and I accepted an offer first week in January. All the home visits well managed and then the next stages were smooth! We all know it’s stressful anyway but truly with Dacres it wasn’t. ‘’All’ the Baildon team were fantastic but extra thanks go out to Jonathan and the amazing Kelly, always super professional and kept me informed every step of this journey in selling my house. Bless even when I had happy tears in accepting my buyers offer. Thanks Dacres in Baildon and would definitely recommend anyone wanting to sell or buy their house with Dacres.
