Would highly recommend. Staff in at the West Park office (thanks Jen and Amie) were very professional, helpful and did exactly what was promised. Throughout the viewing process they kept us up to date, always had a named contact who was prompt to respond to questions. When it came to completing the sale - we had many issues agents in the chain and solicitors, however Jen and Amie chased up, kept us informed and I felt were always working in our best interests.

GoogleThis is the second time in 2 years I’ve used Dacres. They know the area, their valuations are spot on, photos are the best I’ve seen and the team at Bingley are very good. I sold both houses very quickly.
I’d like to give a special mention to Cath Bradbury. My first sale was complex and she handled it so well. She knew exactly where all parties were at, who owed what in terms of paperwork and she went through the financials of parties in a lot of detail. She was just brilliant. I’ve dealt with Cath again this time and she’s just a lovely personable lady to deal with. She keeps you up to speed and it’s the one part of moving where I haven’t felt any stress. Thanks Cath - you’re fabulous!

All through the process of selling i was given support and considered information on what was happening. It was reassuring.. I was continually kept informed as to what was happening. After the house was sold and I was having to deal with solicitors with the exactly opposite motivational traits, the estate agent kept negotiating between their office and myself which offered me encouragement and progress information i would not have had.
