GoogleMy wife and I both bought and sold and let our buy to let with CJ Hole. The advice and support we had over the 10 years we did this was superb. Finally when we went to sell despite it being a difficult market at the time they were able to secure a cash buyer for us. The end to end experience with CJ Hole was very professional and friendly. Would always recommend them to others.

GoogleI am very pleased to have used C.J.Hole in Bristol for the sale of my house. Once an offer is accepted a Sales Progressor - in my case Clare Singh - takes over organising the transaction, and seeing it through to Completion. The process of buying and selling a house is notoriously stressful with many places along the time-line where things can stall or get stuck. Fortunately I could relax knowing that Clare was co-ordinating all the exchanges of information and requests as well as nudging the parties to keep up the momentum.

Google⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently sold my property through CJ Hole Westbury-on-Trym. The process was not always straightforward, but I appreciate the effort from the team in helping to get the sale completed. Thank you to Lorraine Banbury for her communication and for helping to keep things moving through the final stages. Selling a property can be stressful, especially with a long chain, but the team helped guide the process through to completion. Thank you for your support.

GoogleJustin and his team did an excellent job looking after a number of properties for me in central Cheltenham over the past 4+ years. CJ Hole has proven by far the most professional rental management company I dealt with over the past 15 years. Prompt attention to tenant and landlord concerns, swift to deal with any maintenance issues flagged and effective at securing reliable & usually responsible tenants. Thank you in particular to Tinha, Zara and more recently Sara who did a great job of keeping tenants and landlord happy and making all stakeholders' lives simpler. I am sorry to be parting company with CJH but unfortunately the RRA & current & anticipated UK governmental policy has killed the attractiveness of the rental market for many.

GoogleI have been renting an apartment from CJ hole for two years, and it has been the best renting experience I have had. I have initially lived in London, where rental agencies usually take a few days to reply to emails, but the team at CJ hole usually reply on the same day, which is REALLY helpful with more urgent matters. They have been friendly and professional. Big shout out to Orrin and Max for their continued help for the last two years!
