GooglePascha at CJ Hole in Downend sold our house for myself and my husband. Her service was excellent, she always kept us up to date and went above and beyond what was expected of her. The whole team in the office were always happy to answer questions and help us on any point. CJ Hole valued my house above the other agents we had out to value it and they achieved a selling price of £35k more than that of 2 of the other agents initial valuations, so very happy and would highly recommend!

GoogleCJ Hole were agents at a flat I've recently moved from where I lived for the last 3 and a bit years. They agents were all courteous, professional and quick to help out with any issues. They gave plenty of notice of work/inspections/alarm tests required at the property. The portal for raising concerns was straight forward and easy to use, and proved a very efficient way to log work that was needed. Thanks for all the help!

GoogleI had the pleasure of meeting, Justin, Eva and Ryan - very briefly, and working with Julie over the phone. The balance between professionalism and human kindness was exemplary. This was the first property sale I have ever been involved in. It was due to an unexpected bereavement. When people say that 'moving' house is stressful, I can totally relate. If you want to work with people who have local knowledge, practical nouse and professional standards, look no further. I would also want them on my team if I had to negotiate my way out of an even more serious scenario! Thank you all - we got there.

As first time buyers, we’ve viewed a lot of properties and dealt with many different agents, but Ryan has genuinely been the best by far. His communication has been brilliant from start to finish, always responsive, always polite and always happy to answer the many questions we had. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. What stood out most is how much he genuinely cared about finding the right match for us. He took the time to introduce us to the sellers, which gave us the chance to hear the real history of the home, something we’ve never experienced before and something that helped us fall in love with the property even more. Ryan made the whole experience smooth, personal and far easier than we ever expected. They represented the seller of a house we've just purchased and from the point we were shown around the house, to the moment we completed, and beyond, I found them nothing but polite, friendly, knowledgeable and wholly professional. GoogleCj Cole Cirencester sold my property, but I would say were not great at communicating through the process at all. I couldn't say they were bad, but definitely not one I would use again. Poor communication and rather harsh customer service at times. Once my house was sold they went very quiet and then fell silent. I don't know what is usual for agents as this is my first experience, but I would have at least expected a thank you for the thousands of pounds I paid them. Even a good luck in your new home. Absolute silence. Stark contrast to the experience my daughter received in Hanham and Exeter. Very kind, thoughtful agents who wished them well, thanked them for their business and even provided a little pack of goodies and flowers. Over and above, but lovely and hugely more than just silence. I would recommend using a different agent in Cirencester if possible, I certainly would not use again.
