GoogleWe recently bought a house through CJ Hole, and they were total stars. Whilst the sale of our property was pretty painful, buying through CJ Hole was extremely smooth.
We mainly dealt with Matt (our estate agent) who was extremely helpful during the run up to our offer being accepted, and Alex, the sales progressor. Alex was exceptional throughout, chasing all relevant parties when needed and kept us informed daily of any progress and issues that were encountered, and actively sought to resolve them as soon as possible.
Alex and Matt were professional, courteous and generally awesome. Both my wife and I would recommend them thoroughly to anyone!

GoogleWarning to all Students renting through CJ Hole. These agents will keep your £180 letting agents fee if you fail to qualify their application process. Seven students have just lost £1260. The agent didn't even draw up contracts and only got as far as taking credit checks.We think this is day light robbery and the agency are refusing to even refund a portion of the fee considering they did very little for the £1260 charged. This is unfair and unreasonable and in light of the recent news on the BBC today regarding rip off agents we will be taking this further through the Trading Standards. I repeat. STUDENT BEWARE OF USING THIS AGENCY.
