GoogleMe and my son my arrangements to view a room and the girl did not turn up, lucky the chaps that live there showed us around, he pointed out some damp which had been dealt with but as still waiting for council sign off was surprised that it was still being advertised, when I came out we phoned them to be told nothing in the calendar, went to speak to them that same day about the problem and was told would get a call back on Monday, Monday came and went called again on Wednesday to be told they would call me back, still no call went up on Friday to put deposit on room and to see what was happening to be told it had been let to someone else, absolutely rubbish service will not be using them again or recommending them to anyone else, by all the comments it seems to be the letting side that is failing

GoogleWorst estate agents I’ve ever dealt with. Their estate agent knew nothing about the property they were selling, when I called the office for info they were very uninterested in my questions. We were ready to put and offer in when they called back about my questions but instead dodged my calls and accepted and offer from another buyer and never even contacted us!! Poor service and attitude. Would be very reluctant to go through them for anything.

GoogleThere's often skepticism when dealing with large letting agents, especially as a student or a young renter worried you're gonna be taken advantage of. I've dealt with three different branches of CJ Hole in Bristol, but the agents are always great chat, really relatable and communicative and do their best to help you out. I feel like they're sincere when they talk and they helped me find a great place Would defo recommend using them

Andy and the team were very professional and straightforward to deal with when I needed to sell my father's house. I knew the house needed gutting and modernising after being my father's home for over 60 years. Andy suggested a realistic price, found three investors to make offers within a week and then negotiated the best offer for me to accept. He recommended an excellent firm of solicitors and the entire transaction was quick and efficient.Emma was a very reassuring contact when it became necessary to obtain probate during the transaction.

GoogleJames and Simon along with the team were helpful.. honest. and professional unlike the original estate agents I signed up to! Thankfully down to their hard work and persistence they helped ensure they sold my house quickly and at the best commission rate offered of anyone. 2nd viewer put in an offer.. Sold within 2 weeks of signing up.. Job well done.. Thanks guys.. Now happily living my dream afloat... Highly recommended.. Don't bother going with anyone else!
