GoogleWe have just bought our first home through CJ Hole and Sophie, our agent, was so helpful from start to finish. Completely professional and friendly. We were kept updated throughout, with quick responses to any questions and queries. We would highly recommend their services as we were very well looked after.

GoogleTerrible experience! Would not recommend! If you want to live at one of their properties be prepare to be frustrated and complain multiple times, with nothing being done. I have been at their property for about 2 months now and my wifi is still giving me issues. I have had to complain multiple times for them to even acknowledge the problem then another 2 weeks before someone checked it out and its been more than a month now and am still having issues. Furthermore, other issues that I have registered a complain about haven’t been resolved, even when i have spoken to a representative and told them that this needs to be replaced but nothings been done. Lastly they don't keep the tenants updated about the facilities in the room, such as how the oven is suppose to work, as it need to be opened a certain way to work but no i found that out from a friend after she emailed and called cj hole a couple times. Another example being the heaters only working a couple hrs a day, thats fine but we weren't told about that until about a week ago? Im not sure how they expect to know.

GoogleWe worked with CJ Hole in Bishopston to sell our flat in Montpelier. They were fantastic from the initial meeting to completion. After excellent photos, they organised a very successful set of viewings and sourced a number of excellent offers. We were handled by a key team and never felt like we were bounced from person to person. We really got a personal service. They also were competatively priced. When issues arose, they were always responsive and helpful. We were aiming to complete before the end of the Stamp Duty Holiday and the team at C J Hole worked very hard to ensure we met it. I can't reccommend them highly enough. If you're selling in Bristol, they're a great option to chose.

The entire team were incredibly helpful and highly professional, prompt with replies (both phone calls and emails) as soon as we needed anything, and chased everything up so efficiently. It was such a relief to have such dependable communication in such stressful times! The icing on the cake was that they were all just such lovely people to deal with - very much 'people' people, making the whole experience so much more positive. GoogleI recently sold my house via CJ Hole in Bishopston, Bristol. It felt stressful because of the buyers' approach, deadlines (stamp duty holiday) and trying to co-ordinate with buying elsewhere. However, both Alex and Rowena were very supportive, replied to queries quickly, provided good advice and helped the whole process through professionally and with a friendly manner - so they made the whole process as good as it could have been.
