GoogleGreat experience from the start. Justin helped us evaluating the flat and showed us the asking price in the area for similar flats. Ryan was keeping us updated after every viewing and Julie kept us updated on every step of the selling process. Julie even tried to help with some steps on the process of the house we're currently buying. I couldn't ask for more. Thank you!

GoogleHighly recommend CJ Hole as a selling agent, recently sold two of properties, both of which proved to be difficult and full of obstacles (created by the buyers solicitors) Both properties now sold and I'm extremely grateful to both Kerry at Kingswood and Julie at Redfield branches. If I ever sell my house I would definitely use their services Also many thanks to the sales people at both Branches!

GoogleWe recently sold a property in Bristol through CJ Hole. Their service was very good and in particular Kerry Ray, the sales progressor was really brilliant. She always returned our calls and was on the ball all the time, despite the fact that we had two buyers who dropped out (through no fault of us or CJ Hole). Thank you!

GoogleI had a great experience with CJ Hole Hucclecote branch. The entire process was seamless from the initial viewings right through to signing the contract. Their prompt responses to all my queries really put my mind at ease and made what can often be a stressful process feel straightforward and well-managed. It’s been a week since I moved in, and their support has continued, they’ve checked in to ensure everything is working properly and that I’m settling in comfortably, which I truly appreciate. A special thank you to Danielle Robertson, who was incredibly helpful throughout the letting process, and Shelly Lewis, who has been very responsive in addressing and resolving any issues I’ve raised so far. I would highly recommend CJ Hole to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive letting agent.

GoogleWhilst renting my flat through CJ Hole, I have had amazing support with all aspects of my tenancy, and must say that both Danielle and Shelly have been very helpful, friendly and easy to communicate with, by e-mail,texts and telephone. I have now rented my flat for 4.5 years, and I am as happy now as I was when I first moved in. The service, I think, is second to none, and I have recommended CJ Hole to people I know who are looking for properties to rent. I feel safe, secure and looked after, and If I ever had to consider moving, (which I hope I don't), they would be my first point of contact to help me through the process. Very Happy Tenant indeed!!

During this time I have been completely spoilt by a professional, experienced and caring team. Clare, Shelley, Ammi and Danniele all sing off the same hymn sheet when it comes to customer care. Any issues are dealt with as soon as possible in a very friendly manner. Shelley generally carries out my flat inspections, always on time, loves a conversation and it really shows how much she enjoys her job role. GooglePascha, in particular, was very helpful in advising how to get the house best presented for sale, and then the sales team as a whole were very efficient in providing details of viewings and feedback. The initial buyers pulled out at quite a late stage but the team re-sold the house quickly. Julie has been progressing the sale and keeping me well informed. It has been quite a difficult chain and some of the solicitors have been challenging but Julie has relentlessly kept on top of them all and provided regular updates. I like that most communication is by phone rather than email.
