GoogleI had the pleasure of doing a house viewing on the 4th of June 2026 with Becky of CJ Hole Hucclecote and Estate Agents. Becky was fantastic in showing me around the house and was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the viewing. Although I wasn't able to get the house for reasons that weren't anyone's fault, I was left feeling grateful by the kindness and professionalism demonstrated by Becky both in person and on the phone. Absolutely terrible experience. Viewed a rental property and put an offer in for it to be accepted. To then wait and start referencing and checks to be told everything was successful and be sent all of the moving in documents, to then be told my referencing had failed. However the third party who do these checks had said it hadn't failed their end and CJ Hole were in control of this. Going backwards and forwards with CJ Hole changing their story's and trying to then hold my deposit after a week of horrendous stress and communication. Would NOT recommend!!!!!!

Really poor communication. Viewed a property for rent, submitted an application and despite sending a follow up email two days after submitting the application, I heard nothing back. After calling I was finally informed they had progressed with another application. On this same phone call, CJ Hole said they would send over a few other properties that may be of interest to me - unsurprisingly I never received this email. Really poor service, I would not consider renting or buying a property from them in the future.

This company has placed a 'to let' board outside of our flats, the sign relates to a flat at the other end of the street, leaving us with the eyesore. We have made 4 requests for them to relocate it but all have been totally ignored. They have been told that we will remove it ourselves but still no response. I hope they won't be too upset when they come to get it back and find it has gone. No more than they're ignorance deserves.

GoogleWe worked with CJ Hole when we purchased our first home which went very well (after several purchase fell-throughs previously) and found CJ Hole very good at their work. So after 2 years when we now had to sell our first home we reached out for CJ Hole again and I was impressed by Rob Watson who could still remember details of our house during the valuation (which to me is a clear sign of taking his work seriously) and presented us a pack of property information which was the most comprehensive one I have seen (compared with that from another 2 property agencies). He is proactive and follows the property market very closely. Rob is also resourceful, accommodating and gave solid advice which helped us, a first-time and now first-time seller, a lot. Very happy about these 2 experiences with CJ Hole. If I need to buy or sell again in Bristol I will definitely go to Rob and his team again.

Buying a property can be stressful, especially when there are lots of moving parts, but Marc made the whole mortgage process feel far more manageable. He was consistently quick to respond, clear in his advice, and always happy to explain things properly without overcomplicating anything. What really stood out was how reliable and supportive he was throughout, we always felt like we were in safe hands. Marc was professional, approachable, and genuinely a pleasure to deal with.
