GoogleI have been a tenant at a property Carter Jonas for one and half year. I have had a very disappointing and stressful experience with their property management side. I have reported problems with our property such as broken window panel (causing the bedroom being cold and getting breeze inside), leak that happened a year ago and the stains are still on the ceiling, shower panel falling on my daughter and I was charged to pay for that and many more issues. I have been more than accommodating with taking time off work, ensuring availability when maintenance needed to come in for inspection and all other related tasks. I am tired of chasing them constantly as it is obvious that they couldn’t care less about us, our problems or this review. I am leaving this here for others sake in case they are considering letting their property through Carter Jonas. As someone who works in the same industry and manages properties, there is nothing they can say to me that can explain why they have not yet attended or even attempted to resolve my issues! Adding the photos so everyone can see how small these problems are and we have been waiting for more than a year to have them resolved!
