GoogleCould not rate this company any higher, the process was great, they were very welcoming and really helpful. A special shoutout to Tanya for looking after us. There was no pressure, no hard sell with the rental, they were very quick to reply, really helpful with the application which was made a little harder as we were living in Northern Ireland at the time but not any fault of Carter Jonas. We (unusually) are commenting as we are buyers who bought a house in Oxford via this firm. Our main contact was Julia Wilson. It was a complex purchase with multiple hurdles. Julia acted for the executors. I felt she always had her clients interests at heart and fought hard for them. She also was helpful in terms of facilitation and her team's time to make things happen and arrange visitors doing inspections for us. A consummate and fair professional who had a good back up team. I would consider using her to sell a house for me.
