GoogleWe really can’t praise Leanne highly enough. We have just been through a lengthy complicated purchase. Our solicitors threw the towel in a couple of times but Leannes tenacity saved the purchase on more than one occasion by liasing with all 3 solicitors involved. Always pleasant and professional (as was Aisha her colleague). I would have no hesitation in recommending Leanne to any friends or family in need of an estate agent. Thanks Leanne, you were a star. GoogleAgent Kayliegh Jones Assistant Manager of beresford adams Rhyl branch done a great job selling our property very swiftly, These agents seem to have the upper hand having a list of awaiting clients they contact for you to view your property, rather than waiting for clients to come to them which has helped bring early interest to our particular property which was sold in a matter of weeks at the price we expected. We as property developers use beresford Adams for all of our properties because they always get results in good time. Thanks again for your services, we will be using them over and over again in the future, highly recommended.

Rented from this company, they were polite when taking deposits off me , however when I handed back the property, which was out of contract, they made me pay another months rent ?? (Notice) But I had already agreed with landlord ?Company were very slow in returning my deposits .. and ignored my e mails. I always paid my rent early and never had any issues. I certainly would not use a company with such ignorant staff again.Maybe just one office .. but never again

FacebookJust a quick message to warn local contractors not to carry out works for Beresford Adams. On being instructed directly by Beresford Adams Menai Bridge themselves to clear a property, and having no contact or details for either the vendor or the purchaser, works were finished and invoice presented. This however, with no prior arrangement or indication to us is then passed on to Beresford’s client ( who, as a company we have no details of) Just to reiterate, we were instructed by Beresford Adams to carry out the work and instructed to invoice them directly. Despite assurances of settlement the invoice remains unpaid and Beresford Adams Menai Bridge assumes no responsibility. Legal action will now be taken which is time consuming and unnecessary.
Shocking company- need investigating.

GoogleSophie was extremely helpful and a delight to deal with, she emailed the vendor regarding my husband’s credit check and convinced them that we would be good tenants. Sophie is very friendly and made us feel very comfortable when showing us around the property, and she was very thorough when showing us around I would definitely recommend Beresford Adams to my friends Lesley Davies

GoogleI would not recommend Beresford Adams! My wife arranged a valuation of our property to get an appreciation of current market value. She was honest from the beginning, advising that we are not currently looking to sell, only to seek advice on whether it is beneficial to do further works. The appointment was cancelled 1.5 hours before they were expected because we were not in a position to sell, they did not think they could advise us accordingly. My wife took a day off work to prepare and be there for the appointment, only for it to be cancelled at such short notice. Many forums on the internet claim that estate agents are happy to offer valuations, even if you are not in a position to sell as they hope it will create a good image of the company in the hope that when the time is right you might use their services.....this is clearly not the case for Beresford Adams Wrexham branch! They are a bunch of time wasters and tried to blame the time delay in reaching their decision, not to attend on a junior member of staff whom had just started, rather than be honest and admitting it was because currently there is no financial benefit for them at this moment in time, a rather short-sighted way to operate in my opinion. Very disappointed.

GoogleWhat a fantastic company Beresford Adams, Mold is ! I have never before encountered such amazing teamwork in practice . The expertise and effort over and above the call of duty was brilliant when they were selling my house. They always made me feel I was their only customer - however busy they were! I would like to mention, in particular, Eira Boden, Beth (now in the Wrexham branch) Sam, Sian, Sarah and Brogan. All of them were SO helpful at every stage of the sale; extremely patient and hardworking especially when things were difficult; always friendly and smiling despite the difficulties encountered with the house. I recommend this staff very highly to anyone wanting exceptional service and experience when selling their property. Thank you Beresford Adams, Mold - you excelled yourselves !

Jade-Lea was absolutely brilliant and managed to put up with my daily phone calls and questions. She responded almost instantly to any queries or requests I had, whilst making me feel at ease and gave me regular updates throughout the whole process. I literally cannot fault the support I have received from Jade, and appreciate every little thing she did. I would also like to personally praise one of the sales team, Katrina in the Beresford team. She was key in communicating to me throughout the sale, and went above and beyond to support throughout.
