My sales agent was Brogan Craine, she was amazing, proactive, creative, polite, courteous, always returned my calls and emails, stayed late to get the job done, went out of her way to get the sale exchanged. All in all she took the role of an estate agent to whole new level. What a fantastic company Beresford Adams, Mold is ! I have never before encountered such amazing teamwork in practice . The expertise and effort over and above the call of duty was brilliant when they were selling my house. They always made me feel I was their only customer - however busy they were! We bought a repossession from Beresford Adams Mold branch, and I can honestly say that without the tenacity and persistence of Brogan, given the tight timescale for completion after viewing (28 days), we would not have been able to meet the bank’s deadline. She was incredibly accommodating and we were able to visit the property on multiple occasions, often at short notice. She is incredibly easy to work with and we are very grateful we were able to purchase the property through her.

When renting a house, nobody told you about the house is for sale. They rented a house where I lived with my children and my partner for 6 months when they had another house for us 0 emails, 0 suggestions as if we were not. Now that we have found a home from another agency, this agency is making trouble. We were in the agency to tell you about the house was sold, about the 2 months we have to go out with the kids, and that we found a home from another agency, she said ok there is no problem and now it came out that this lady did not inform us If we sign up we will get nothing information. Thank you very much for hurting me and my children through you will be homeless!!!!!

Dreadful estate agency, poor customer service, and back covering when they get it wrong. We were in a rented property and they were instructed by the landlord to carry out the handover, report, and photographs. Prior to and at the handover we were assured by the agent carrying out the handover that we would have a copy of the documentation and then that we would have no concerns about DPS as the property was in good clean condition and only things were wear and tear (in line with our 2 year tenancy), so we would get full deposit returned. Imagine our surprise when the landlord refused to return the deposit and on contacting Beresford Adams they had deleted the entire file - all handover photos, reports, and evidence in their own words "because the landlord was unhappy with the contents"! Their actions deprived us of the only independent handover documentation, and may well ultimately cost us part or all of our deposit. The matter is progressing to Court regarding the landlord and deposit and to the Ombudsmen regarding Beresford Adams and their failure to adhere to their own industry standards as well as their deletion of pertinent handover evidence and files; so further failing in their obligation to maintain records.

Poor experience with this estate agents, would not recommed. The pictures used for the property did not show the full property even though we paid for this service. Floor plans where poor. I could go on but just avoid this estate agents. (1 Star review)
