We did not have a proper check-in when we took over the property and discovered a number of issues that needed to be resolved. However, Kimberley Dafern from Beresford Adams Property Management Department visited the house to see the problems for herself and took prompt action together with the landlord to resolve them. Kimberley was understanding and efficient with a commendable sense of urgency in her desire to have a satisfied tenant. There are still a few residual inconveniences, but in general we are very happy with the service received.

I would not recommend Beresford Adams! My wife arranged a valuation of our property to get an appreciation of current market value. She was honest from the beginning, advising that we are not currently looking to sell, only to seek advice on whether it is beneficial to do further works. The appointment was cancelled 1.5 hours before they were expected because we were not in a position to sell, they did not think they could advise us accordingly. My wife took a day off work to prepare and be there for the appointment, only for it to be cancelled at such short notice. Many forums on the internet claim that estate agents are happy to offer valuations, even if you are not in a position to sell as they hope it will create a good image of the company in the hope that when the time is right you might use their services.....this is clearly not the case for Beresford Adams Wrexham branch! They are a bunch of time wasters and tried to blame the time delay in reaching their decision, not to attend on a junior member of staff whom had just started, rather than be honest and admitting it was because currently there is no financial benefit for them at this moment in time, a rather short-sighted way to operate in my opinion. Very disappointed.

The service, feedback and quality of information from Beresfod’s has been exceptionally good in the three years that I have been using them. Highly recommend Beresford Adams. My property was empty for over 3 months when I changed estate agents to Beresford Adams, they had a tenant in within a month. The service is very professional, they have kept me up to date at all times during the initial search and since the tenant has been in the property. The reports that they send out are also very detailed and give you piece of mind that your property is being well looked after. As with most things in life, there have been a few problems, but every query I have had has been dealt with very quickly. They accidently over charged me and the money was returned to me within a couple of day, no messing around. If you are looking for a professional, no hassle service, I would definitely recommend Beresford Adams.
