GoogleI don't know why there are so many 5 star reviews, never get a call back, never get any response, or any updates, been awaiting repairs for months - Again with no updates. Can't level up to the Tenancy Ombudsman because I dont get acknowledgements from anyone, by far the worst Letting Agent I've run into so far.

GoogleRecently changed my mortgage through Nikita in Mold, I previous went through a broker 2 years ago as a first time buyer and felt the whole process extremely stressful. Nikita kept me at ease the whole time whilst saving me £65 a month and reducing my term. Would highly recommend.

GoogleI have had nothing but the best of service from the Property Management team in General and Kimberly Daffern in particular. She and they have helped at every stage of my dealings with the company and have bent over backwards to help me out with some particularly difficult issues that have arisen at my property. They have gone above and beyond the call of duty on a number of occasions and kept their heads while I was losing mine. I would thoroughly recommend their property management services.

GoogleDebra Mason has managed my rental property for the last few years. She has been excellent with her comunication and keeping me up to date with issues that may have come up from time to time. As I travel between the UK and Ireland I am not always able to tend to items related the maintenance of the property myself and Debra has always gone above and beyond her duties to help sort out any problems that may have arisen with tenants and/or property maintenance.
