GoogleReally helpful service from the lettings team at Beresford Adams, I was on with another agent under a fully managed service, but yet was doing all of the management myself, even sat the rent smart wales licencing exam. The team were very honest and tailor made a management package to suit my needs. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a professional and honest service.

GoogleWe decided to downsize and sell our house, we put it on the market with another estate agent in Wrexham initially but had no viewings, the staff at this estate agency were very good it must be said but we had put a deposit on an apartment and needed to sell quickly. We were panicking and after discussion used another two estate agent, one being from Chester who was recommended to us and the other being Beresford Adams (Wrexham). Over the next year we only had two (2) viewings from both the other estate agents and sixteen from Beresford Adams Wrexham, needless to say they were the estate agent to sell the house, if you do not get viewing you will not sell, its that simple. The staff worked beyond our expectation with constant communication and increasing their advertising through their postal service to interested parties. This is where we found our initial couple who wanted to buy the property, unfortunately they were let down on the sale of their property twice, they are broken hearted with brexit being named as the main reason. Beresford Adams staff found the present buyers by persuading them to visit our house even though they did not pick it out in the office. This was purely because they took the time to ensure at least two staff members visited our property to ensure they knew what they were selling, this was the main reason for success together with their teamwork. If you want hard working staff, teamwork and a sale, don't go elsewhere before checking them out, we could not speak more highly of them all.

GoogleI have experienced an excellent standard of customer service from Beresford Adams in Wrexham. My property had been on the market with another agent for over a year and had very little interest and had not generated a sale. I found them on the a website that said that they were the most successful agent in the area and "average sales are within 8 weeks of being on the market". Beresford Adams have most definitely lived up to that review. They produced a fantastic sales broacher, I wasn't happy with the original photos but they amended them to what I wanted with no problem at all. As I was originally listed with another agent the people who made an offer had first viewed the property with the other agent. Beresford Adams referred them back to the original agent which meant I didn't have to pay double the agent fees and they sadly would not be getting paid all. I was pleasantly surprised by their honesty and integrity as I was even unaware I legally could have been eligible to pay both agents. Even though I wont be paying them the fee's they have still been extremely helpful with my sale and have given me information on what to do next and nothing is too much trouble. I have dealt with both Nathan and Leanne, who are both very helpful, enthusiast and when I call I feel like they offer a personal service. What I like about Beresford Adams Wrexham is that it's a vibrant & energetic agency agency who are proactive in working with the client to meet their needs to generate a sale. What I love about Beresford Adams Wrexham is that they won't compromise the integrity and honesty of their service just to make some money. Thank You all.
