GoogleFantastic service from Beresford Adams. Both Jennie and Lindsay took me through the process of letting my property for the first time. Both very informative and helpful. In particular Lindsay who followed up with frequent courtesy calls keeping me in the loop and ensuring everything ran smoothly. Very quick turn around and all staff in branch were friendly and approachable. Would highly recommend.

GoogleThe past two and a half years, my partner and I have been trying to find a place for us in Chester. Thanks to the talented agents at Beresford Adams, we’re about to pass 1 month in our new home. They have enough experience to give an educated answer to pretty much every question you ask, and they have the customer service knowledge to listen to question they don’t know the answer to, let you know they’ll find out for you, and give you the accurate answer for it within two days at most. They handled a very quick turn around from viewing the property, to putting it on hold, to signing our tenancy agreement, to moving in within three weeks with ease. They’re extremely friendly and personable, willing to talk to you and have a proper chat while either viewing a property or signing a tenancy. They also are able to give you the privacy to view a property on your own to form your own opinions on it. They don’t pressure you into anything you’re not comfortable with. I honestly couldn’t recommend them more.

GooglePoor experience with this estate agents, would not recommed. The pictures used for the property did not show the full property even though we paid for this service. Floor plans where poor. I could go on but just avoid this estate agents. (1 Star review)

Googlethe worst service ever!! they are an absolute shambles , i was not only a tenant with them but i am also a landlord and i will never ever use them again in my life, the way i have been treated and spoken to is the worst i have ever experienced. on check in they fail to list all the issues with the property but then on check out list them and try and blame the tenant. they add money to repairs and they basically do nothing for their money. i am sorry to say this is the worst agency i have ever dealt with in my life! i have used others and they are far better, i would avoid like the plague

GoogleExcellent service. My property sold within a week of going on the market for more than we had hoped to achieve. The sale had a few problems, all of which were beyond the control of Beresford Adams. Leanne and Liz in particular were incredibly helpful, communicative and friendly. They really couldn't have done any more.
