GoogleAbsolutely disgusted with the service of this place. Had a viewing appointment booked and confirmed for Saturday and travelled 215 miles to view a property, only for no one to show up. Waited for almost an hour in the rain, not even so much as a courtesy call to let us know no one would be coming, and calls to their office phone went unanswered. Travelled a further 20 minutes to their Bangor office only to find them closed up early. Would give 0 stars if I could, expected some level of professionalism but have been left incredibly disappointed, out of pocket for 430 miles of fuel and extremely angry.

GoogleI did want give a zero star but to write a review you have to give at list one . We did choose this people to put our house on the market in a difficult time , and they stab us on our back !!!! NOT VERY TRUSTY AGENTS Start from the Boss Call James I still don’t believe they force entry in our property and change the locks !!!!

GoogleI'm new to the area and therefore was nervous towards finding a place that I liked- I seen a flat in Ruthin and Louise arranged a same day viewing for me! Straight away I paid the deposit, I was sent an application form etc.. Louise has been amazing and has answered every question I had and has made everything so easy.. A week later I'm about to move in! Louise is a credit to your company :)

GoogleMe and my partner have just bought our first home together, we had been lucky enough to find it with beresford adams, we have a rocky road with our solicitors and took a little longer than expected but with the help of the brilliant team in beresford adams especially Liz who was dealing with our case it got resolved as quickly as possible. Also Leanne who took over our case whilst liz was on annual leave. Nathan showed us around two homes one being back in November/ December 2018 and then another in January which he sold to us very well we new from the minute we stoped inside it was for us. Any questions we asked him he new the answer. Very friendly and approachable. Always kept in contact with us and prompt replies to any emails I sent to them. Nothing is ever to big or to small for this great team at beresford adams and they go that extra mile Honest and reliable service. Would highly recommend to anyone.

GoogleWe decided to downsize and sell our house, we put it on the market with another estate agent in Wrexham initially but had no viewings, the staff at this estate agency were very good it must be said but we had put a deposit on an apartment and needed to sell quickly. We were panicking and after discussion used another two estate agent, one being from Chester who was recommended to us and the other being Beresford Adams (Wrexham). Over the next year we only had two (2) viewings from both the other estate agents and sixteen from Beresford Adams Wrexham, needless to say they were the estate agent to sell the house, if you do not get viewing you will not sell, its that simple. The staff worked beyond our expectation with constant communication and increasing their advertising through their postal service to interested parties. This is where we found our initial couple who wanted to buy the property, unfortunately they were let down on the sale of their property twice, they are broken hearted with brexit being named as the main reason. Beresford Adams staff found the present buyers by persuading them to visit our house even though they did not pick it out in the office. This was purely because they took the time to ensure at least two staff members visited our property to ensure they knew what they were selling, this was the main reason for success together with their teamwork. If you want hard working staff, teamwork and a sale, don't go elsewhere before checking them out, we could not speak more highly of them all.

GoogleMoving house is one of the most stressful things you will ever do, and with the chain I was in there were so many hurdles. However, the team at Beresford Adam's Wrexham did everything they could to make it as smooth as possible. The team is made up of genuine, reliable and friendly people who will go the extra mile and keep in touch all the way through the process. I don't want to move again any time soon, but I would definitely use them again. Thank you!

GoogleCannot fault Beresford Adams Wrexham team at all. I have all of my rental portfolio with them and have used their services numerous times. Each time they have worked hard to find me a tenant that is compatible with the property and to get things set up and into place as quickly as possible. Louise who currently works in the Lettings department has been particularly brilliant. Very thorough and extremely helpful when it’s needed and with my hectic lifestyle, she’s just what I need. So I would highly recommend giving them your property to let, or on the other hand using them as agent to help you find a property to let. We have also purchased a property through their sales team who also proved to be equally as helpful and efficient.
