GoogleWhen it came to selling a house, I didnt know where to start. We decided to go with Beresford Adam's due to the house we wanted being on the market with them and I'm so glad that we did. Sara, Brogan and everyone else in the team have been fantastic at keeping us up to date and guiding us through the process. Brogan arranged 3 viewings the day after it went on rightmove and we had our first offer the following day which meant we could proceed with the purchase of our new house. I'm so happy with the service we have received from the whole team there and would highly recommend to anyone needing an estate agent. Thank you

GoogleSara came out and valued our house. She was so easy to speak to and explained everything clearly. She also made us feel at ease as we had been in our house for over 20 years and had no idea of what was involved. Staff have also been really helpful with potential viewings.

GoogleI can highly recommend Beresford Adams Mold for a personal, friendly and tenacious approach to ensuring my house sale and purchase was completed with a proffessional approach. Brogan has gone above and beyond to source information and correct any issues before they became problems. Brogan, Joe and Sian are all friendly, professional and approachable making the whole experience stress free and actually very enjoyable. Worth every penny and if I sell again in the future I will be back.

The company's support was very useful when we were looking for a house, and we were informed by them immediately of any developments in the process of buying the property.
