GooglePut my mothers house on the market with the Chester branch, had 7 viewings confirmed within 3 days before the “For Sale” even went up. In total there were 12 confirmed viewings within 5 days of going on the market with 3 offers all made within 3 days which we accepted one of them. We were kept informed of all viewings on a daily basis by email and messaging and even called by Kate Owen or one of her colleagues everyday on any news or progress being made. I chose Beresford Adams due to their history of selling in Chester and their reputation which did not fail me at all. I can not recommend them enough for their professionalism and expertise on everything from initial valuation to the viewings and final sale agreement and especially the constant communication between us.

GoogleWe didn't have a clue as to selling my father in laws house so I popped in to the Chester branch and spoke to Kate who was very pleasant and helpful and she arranged a valuation with Kevin for a couple of days time.
Kevin confirmed on the day that he would meet me at the property at the given time and rang around half an hour before to say he was on his way. When he arrived, he was very professional and very informative as to the different ways we could sell the property. We decided on the 'Modern Method of Selling' (i think that's what it's called) and from going on the market it had sold within 3 weeks.
Kate and Louise at the branch kept us informed of viewings and feedback regularly and helped us with a lot of the legal paperwork which was a great help.
We would highly recommend using Beresford Adams if you are selling a property.

GoogleI very nearly pulled out of the house I wanted to buy because of the staffs bullying tactics. I didn’t have a good experience with the staff so I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone I know. I found them very rude and pushy. Had to get my dad to call them to ask them to stop with the nasty emails in the end.Customer service needs improvement. I would strongly recommend more training for all staff to complete and better communication in future. Disappointed is an understatement when it comes to the lack of replies and communication that occurred. Believe I was also lied to initially about another offer just to make me raise my price. They mysteriously pulled out of the house.
