GoogleRefreshingly open and customer service focused team! They appear to be focused on ensuring that all parties are protected and supported. Cannot recommend them highly enough, their mortgage broker is absolutely sensational too, he cannot do enough to support you during your purchase!

GoogleLauren and Matthew at Beresford Adams lettings in Bangor were always very helpful. First name basis which put me at ease. I can not fault these pair! Super friendly, chatty, answer the phones / emails very quickly. Great knowledge about lettings and areas. Safe to say I'll miss them!

GoogleAbsolutely brilliant service from Mandy at Beresford Adams. Mandy handled the sale of my late sister’s house for us with compassion and was so professional. She was excellent at helping us with local knowledge as we didn’t live in the area and kept in touch, we never had to chase anything up. Truly fantastic, 5 stars just isn’t enough.

GoogleAfter an absolute nightmare with another estate agents that shall not be named, I turned to Beresford Adams, who several times offered me the opportunity to market my house with them. I realised this was the kind of determination I needed to get my property rented out and sure enough, within 48 hours, I had viewings arranged and some tenants lined up. Although this is my first time as a landlord, I feel like this is how things should be done. One of the things I appreciated the most was the team's professionalism, their knowledge of the local area and the fact they kept me up to date throughout the whole process, without me once having to chase them up. They are really friendly, approachable, efficient and can't do enough to help. As a new landlord, they were able to answer all of my many questions without delay. With my first tenancy about to start, I can't speak for the fully managed service I am about to embark on, but given my experience with Beresford Adams so far, I'm very impressed. GoogleThey have a 3 bedroom house listed using descriptions such as "A spacious front room" and "family bathroom". But when I rang up they said no children as the property was too small! This just goes to show the drivel that comes out of estate agents' mouths. How can the front room be "spacious" and the bathroom be "family" if it's too small and no children? The advert was completely misleading and discriminatory in contravention of the Equality Act 2010 as it discriminates on the basis of age.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleNever answer their phone. I've tried calling them to tell them about an empty property they have on the market where someone has left a window wide open, but it just rings out and then tells me that their opening hours are from 9.30 am. It's well after that time now. 2 problems then: not securing their properties properly, and being unavailable to contact

GoogleOur situation living overseas was a difficult one for Beresford but, Co-ordination and responses with regards to all matters were always swift and they didn't leave us wondering what was going on. Tracy and her team worked tirelessly to ensure our property was let out within the tight 6 week timeline that I set her. She liaised and co-ordinated with multiple contractors in order to carry out and achieve the many tasks that were needed at the property. I have since then, recommended her to a friend who is in a similar situation as myself. He is receiving the same professionalism that we were shown throughout.
